Pleasant smaller restaurant. Good selection of side dishes for the waffles. Good portions.

Went on a Wednesday over lunch. Two people in the shop, four outside. At the beginning they were politely ignored by the two very young women behind the counter. We had a shift handover and a lot to tell. The food (1 waffle!) came after 15 minutes and an inviting look towards the counter…. The tables were not cleaned and clean cutlery was only available upon request. Sorry, never again

The waffles are exactly what they should be. Solid, good waffles! The staff is helpful and friendly, but unfortunately not very patient and understanding when a child does not stick to the given order of sauces and fruits. Please be patient. Otherwise the staff would be great. The atmosphere is fun to enjoy the waffles.

Firstly, I think the prices are ridiculous. If you are a family of 4 it can be that you pay up to 100chf... drinks etc. But nice waffles...milkshake and coffee are nice too. If you have young kids, I suggest to make them share 1 waffle. It's filling with all the sugar. Great for birthdays as the birthday boy or girl get a free waffle.

The staff is very friendly. The food and drink was okay (very sweet, but that's why ;-) ). Unfortunately the restaurant (tables, floor, toilet) is dirty. The table we sat at was totally sticky...

You can choose your own kind of waffle with any combination of fruit, ice cream, a variety of chocolates or toppings. A little expensive but worth it.

Centrally located and just a 5-minute walk, an El Dorado awaits lovers of opulent desserts. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Price-performance ratio is at the usual local level. Not for calorie counters! I would happily recommend Wonder Wafel Bern!

Really horrible, just sugar, no taste, I don't recommend it at all if you don't like junk food. Waffle for 13 francs almost without extra I only ate the bananas…. ! Very disapointed

Very bad. On the menu a shake costs 8 francs, but when you pay they charge you an extra 1.90.

Actually the team was very good but they got our orders wrong. Our first waffle was burnt and the second one wasn't baked well. The shake didn't even taste like Oreo. When we got a new one they forgot our extras.

I had the dubious pleasure of dining at this restaurant this evening. My companion and I ordered waffles, but unfortunately they were made with rotten or long-standing dough. When we complained about this, we received extremely unfriendly feedback from the staff. We were advised to complain directly to the boss and given us a number. The rudeness of the staff eventually caused us to leave the restaurant in frustration. To our horror, we also watched as another guest simply left his food and left. But that wasn't all: there was an insect on one of the plates. The staff was at least kind enough to bring us a new plate, but with the same rotten dough. For this miserable service I paid a whopping 103 euros for five people. We neither received an apology nor were we offered appropriate compensation. Overall our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The quality of the food was poor, the staff was shockingly rude and the response to our complaint was extremely unprofessional. Given the price we paid, I expect at least a proper apology and compensation for the bad experience. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant due to this negative experience.

The selection of ingredients for the waffles was fantastic. There were so many options that I almost couldn't decide. The accompanying coffee was also good. The service was efficient and strived to provide each guest with a pleasant experience. However, I have to admit that the prices are a bit higher.

I went to buy a jindaui bowl with my colleague on March 8, 2023 at 4:50 p.m. The service was nice, but the waiting time was a bit too long. There was a Tamil woman standing behind the counter. She didn't look like an employee. She had her long hair down, wore her everyday clothes and served the customers like that. She also distracted your employees, which I didn't like because the employee even prepared two orders incorrectly. In my opinion very unprofessional and very unhygienic. It's not worth the time and money.

NEVER AGAIN! 1. The waffle I ordered was so dry that I had to get ice cream from the gas station so that I could eat it. 2. My friend's order was canceled even though the shop was open. They didn't pick up the phone! Waffle-unworthy. A disgrace at this price!

The location is good and it has many seats. We were served quickly but I recommend a visit in the morning or at noon because by evening most of the good toppings are already gone. The staff was rather young and I find it strange that the customers themselves have to take cutlery. It was not communicated, it would be more welcome if such information was given because otherwise you would think wrong about the staff. Nevertheless, we got our waffle quickly prepared and quickly served. Waffles are good.

Unfortunately the visit was a bit disappointing. We were lucky that there were only a few ahead of us. The waiting time was far too long. There were 2 of us and we didn't get the waffles at the same time (had to pick them up). Cutlery is lying around openly, some of it dirty. Everything is not completely clean. There was neither a glass nor a straw with the drink (we only got the Coke bottle). Very expensive for self-service. Unfortunately, the staff is not very motivated. It's a shame, because the waffles weren't bad... and very nicely prepared.

With every bite, I felt my soul slowly crumbling away. With prices of the coffee combined with my cluelessness of the menu, I was undoubtedly unprepared for the horror that awaited me. The food was good and they even took the effort of writing my name on the plate. As an all-rounder very epic wouldn't try again though.

If you like waffles, you'll definitely be well served here. I didn't like it and the staff wasn't really accommodating. At 9:30 p.m. you couldn't order any more coffee because the coffee machine had already been cleaned. Sorry, that doesn't work for me...!

Wonder waffle Bern: After we consumed two ice cream sundaes (mango / chocolate / raspberry flavor) and two homemade iced teas (watermelon / mint) two days ago in the afternoon, we both suddenly felt nauseous and sick on the drive home. The nausea lasted all night. Some product was no longer fresh (could have been due to the ice cubes in the tea). I reported this via email but have not received any response to date. Nobody there seems to be interested...

We thought it was great. Super tasty, “healthy waffles” are also possible, such as protein waffles. All fruit is fresh. The glasses are very fruity and delicious. Service was quick, would highly recommend.

One of the gems of the city. The waffles are a delish, but the biggest plus of the place are the people who work here. Manu and Johanna were helpful explaining all the flavours and actually made my day with their attitude! Keep the great work you girls! We must come to try te shakes as well. If you are searching for a place to come with your significant other or to surprise your kids, that's the one! The service was fast, kind, with light attitude. The products seem fresh, the fruits cut in the day. The place is clean.

Waffles were very delicate and beautifully decorated, as were the plates. The restaurant looked dingy and some of the tables were broken. There was a funny smell in the toilet and the faucet for washing hands was broken

Top! I didn't know Wonder Waffle before and I'm surprised at what kind of treats you can enjoy there. Waffles, different flavors of ice cream, etc. Definitely worth a visit!

The waffles were extremely doughy on the inside and tasted like artificial vanilla. I was very disappointed to have them served like that. It's a shame I couldn't finish it because the dough was so thick that I only had tough, rubbery dough in my mouth. I won't come back, I'll make them myself at home with a different quality and they'll be well baked.

Super friendly staff and great ice cream - butch of families and they are really nice with kids, offering to write names on the plates and etc. the queue is pretty intense, but they make the waffle fresh. However the waffle is a bit underwhelming comparing to the ice cream - a bit doughy and not crispy - maybe they were rushing the order bc of the queue. Overall a really nice treat for your long day.
