Super nice staff. Then the salad and the sauce are super delicious.. The interior design is really beautiful and well thought out, from the knife to the furnishings. As an installer and entrepreneur, I of course immediately noticed the aesthetics in the toilets. The Vola faucet really fits the architecture and the design is unbeatable. I can highly recommend the Bonnies World bistro. It is quite easy to find and is also very popular among local residents. I went to the World of Bonnie Studio for EMS training. They asked me to pay 70 francs in advance for the training. Everything I saw there was a complete disaster. In the premises there was no shower, no toilets, no changing room, and above all the equipment and the suit were not only old but also outdated! And the equipment was also outdated and not modern. All attempts by the trainer to set up the device and carry out the training failed. In a word: a complete disaster! My attempt to express my dissatisfaction with this issue has come to nothing! I didn't hear no apology or no regrets There was also no mention of the refund of 70 francs! I felt betrayed and insulted. .. Due to chronic back pain, I trained in EMS in Germany and France. And I know very well what the equipment for EMS training looks like and how this sports training should go. This is modern equipment, and what World of Bonnei offered me has nothing to do with it. These are just caricatures and mockery of a sick person. Never again ..

Extremely unfriendly. We wanted to grab a coffee to go but were immediately asked to leave (in a very unfriendly manner) the bistro because they don’t want strollers inside. Not even to order something to go. You are expected to leave your baby outside on the street even though it was empty and we were not blocking the way for anyone. Very disappointing.

Well, the impression depends on the friendliness of the employees. If the friendliness is good, then the CHF 6.30 for the cappuccino is okay, otherwise less.

Saw a waitress actually arguing with a customer about the poor quality of her food and even challenging her. I would have visited almost daily during the COVID lockdown if the quality of service (and food) had been better. Otherwise decent location for simple cafe and dessert.

I joined the fitness centre six months ago and am very happy. Personal training with Katja and Tara is wonderful. The other trainers are also very helpful if you have questions. The ladies at the front desk are always super nice and helpful. I have eaten in the bistro a few times, and the wait staff are always friendly. I enjoy the chicken caesar salad. It really is nice having this place in our community. It is one of the reasons why I like living in Küsnacht.

Massively overpriced Today, shortly before noon, we spontaneously drank a cappuccino and a latte in a street café at an absolutely exorbitant price of CHF 6.80 per cup.... and that in a street café!! We were also given a receipt for the cappuccino from 10:15 a.m., even though we were there more than an hour later! The service employee wanted to put the two receipts back in immediately after paying: could it be that people only type the coffee sporadically and thus bypass the tax office?

Saskia, Nadine and Lex are each friendly and courteous in their own way, with a friendly demeanor. Infrastructure is a bit sober (currently also due to Corona) but the team easily makes up for it. What's missing: a few more sockets near the seats. I'm sure that this would mean even more people would stay and consume in the bistro. And the sockets are already installed. Very helpful and much appreciated. As a customer you feel like you are taken very seriously. A 'small' service with a big impact

A nice cafe, wellness and gym with extremely helpful staff (Saskia, Katrin & Nadine). Recommended from a friend as a cafe owner in Zurich (looking for heating units..given corona and changing regulations) the ladies were so kind to speak to the heating units outside which were elegant & well fitting the decor. With a friendly chat and exchange they provided the company name as well as a few laughs. What else could you ask for. Professional and well recommended. Thanks a lot, Matthew Witt

We went for a walk last weekend and thought about going for something warm to drink, and we discovered the World of Bonnie, it was a great, romantic atmosphere, with very friendly service, and good coffee, we'll definitely be back!

We only stopped for a coffee break while biking. The staff is very unfriendly and with constant attitude, making you feel guilty for being there let alone wanting to order something! She gave us an angry attitude any instant we dared to disturb her. We even got sassed when asking for the bill; (we thought we ask the other person there who might get less angry!) the girl rolled her eyes that she doesn't work for the cafe! How are we supposed to know who works where?! Another note: during such strict covid rules, I don't see how the staff can walk around a tight cafe with customers either not wearing a mask at all, or wear it in varieties of ways which do not cover mouth and/or nose!!

Was just in the bistro. Corona-related aquarium feeling, i.e. plexiglass, with limited space inside. Unsuitable champagne glasses!!

Great bistro, fitness, etc. Coffee not good, but excellent.

Great fitness center with top advice and instructions.

We visited BonnieFit cafe this morning. We ordered coffee and then wanted to order sandwiches or something similar to eat. We were told there would be a 45 minute wait. Totally ridiculous. Who is going to sit in a cafe and wait three quarters of an hour whilst one waitress painstakingly makes up food and the other stands chatting to customers. Apparently they were short staffed, but no apology was forthcoming. In fact, when I complained I was simply given a bit of attitude. Not good enough.

Great place and great people. Can only be recommended.

Perfect place to work out, use the vapor ,sauna ,spa and beauty saloon plus and amazing juice bar and healthy options.Feels like a dream home for me.I can live there :)

I only know the restaurant and it's great!
