Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here at all. Almost 40Fr for a to-go box with 6 nigiri and 2 vegi-maki and 6 gyoza. It barely fills you up, the ratio of fish to rice is modest for the price, the maki in the box are 'only' veggie and the gyoza to go were very 'tangy'. Next time I'll invest the money in a kebab or burger next door.

Worst service I actually had, The woman was extremly rude towards me. She took a long time to come to the cashier and didnt say ONE word. She didnt say how much or how i will pay or even said goodbye. Its not the first time this happend and I think I wont come anymore because for the price, the service is not worth it. This will be my first bad review on Google. Today I ordered a surprise package for 12 francs, the price of which is indicated as 30. But my surprise package is just a bunch of rolls with cucumber, it does not cost 30 francs, but even 20. Disappointed. I do not recommend.

VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY! Fantastic Spicy Miso Soup and Vegan Sushi platter. Super friendly and hospitable staff. Very happy to customise food for vegetarians.

Made a pitstop at Lucerne en-route to Titlis and had only one hour for lunch so we tried Yooji’s. Not bad. Ramen was tasty and I like that the sushi did not have too much rice. Good vegetarian options too.

Very good takeaway sushi, but also great seating on site, great atmosphere despite the train station around it. A special highlight are the other Japanese products that are also available there.

I rarely make reviews but the service this evening was really unfriendly! No smile, OK, but at least say thank you after wishing you a nice evening or goodbye would be appropriate... & a greeting would also be appropriate. especially if you are the only customer.

Bad service for this outlet. Staff had expressed gender discrimination and jacked up the price thinking you would not be able to afford their food.

You can take the sushi with you straight away. top quality

I actually love this sushi shop and come here regularly despite the high prices because, in addition to the fine normal or veggie sushi, there are also many other delicacies (e.g. mochi, matcha cakes, etc.). Unfortunately, I have noticed the demotivated staff in the store several times. I would now like to report this back. Last time the situation arose where, because my husband really needed something to eat somewhere else, I wasn't allowed to eat with him in the store. The tables outside the small takeaway were occupied. I can understand that the store doesn't like it when other providers are eaten inside than their own. But with a customer who is 9 months pregnant and is shopping for 85, I would have expected more helpfulness/general interest. Accordingly, I was quite disappointed. Eating on the bench in the train station in all the loud hustle and bustle stressed me out a lot. I won't come over any more for now.

Last visit 5.4.21 Price/performance 🔝 Personal note on other recessions. There is a lot of complaining and very few stars given very quickly. It's a shame, because the large selection of products are really of high quality 🍱🍣🍤👌

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und die Einrichting ist sehr einladend. Das Angebot ist umfangreich und schmeckt auch immer hervorragend. Sehr Empfehlenswert.

+ zentral gelegen am Bahnhof Luzern + freundliches Personal - Innovation: kaum Abwechslung - In der App lässt sich Sushi nur als 6er oder 8er Ausführung bestellen - schade, es wäre schön wenn man da ein bisschen mehr mischen könnte ohne gleich eine Platte kaufen zu müssen. - kein frischer Wasabi (nur diese furchtbaren verpackten Pasten)

Ich weiss nicht, ob die Dame einen schlechten Tag hatte aber nachdem ich sie gefragt habe ob ich mehr Ingwer haben kann (Warenwert über 40.-) hat sie schnippisch natürlich gesagt. Als ich zuhause war hatte ich nur eine Packung Ingwer und 7 Packungen Wasabi.

Schade, dass ich kein Ingwer bekommen habe stattdessen 6x Soya Sauce. Wobei drei davon ein abgelaufenes Datum haben. Da hoffe ich jetzt nur, dass die Sushi frisch sind?! 😝

Ich komme seit einigen Jahren zu Yooji am Bahnhof Luzern. Bin begeistert von der grossen Auswahl und von der Frische. Es schmecken alle Produkte wie à la minute zubereitet. Empfehlen kann ich auch die Kreationen ohne Fisch/Fleisch. Jede Variante hat ihren eigenen Kick!

Aus meiner Sicht ist ein Treff da völlig zu empfehlen.Die Kellner sind immerzu stark bemüht und stets zuvorkommend!Die Auswahl finde ich breit gefächert und nach wie vor hat alles vollauf großartig gemundet, was ich meinerseits vor mir serviert bekommen habe.Die Location ist prima mühelos zu erreichen! Die gute Verkehrsanbindung macht eine Spritztour dorthin fix machbar.

Yooji's bietet veganes Sushi und es ist köstlich. Selbst wenn es schwierig ist, ist es ein bisschen teuer und Sie möchten sich nicht die Zutaten ansehen, mit denen ich wirklich zufrieden bin. Danke für das!

Super Service, immer für einen Spass zu haben und das Esse sit einfach lecker. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Immer sehr lecker und super freundliches Personal

Ich selber komme leider nur zu Sushi, wenn ich es über die App "Toogoodtogo" kaufe (wenn es Überstunden gibt, geht das zeitlich sehr gut auf :-) ). Das Sushi ist aber auch dann noch tiptop hervorragend lecker!!! Das Personal ist auch immer freundlich, selbst wenn man eben kurz vor Ladenschluss noch die "Restposten" holen kommt. Es wird nicht weggeschmissen und das finde ich top!!!Yooji's am Bahnhof Luzern kann ich wärmstens empfehlen! Wenn ich mal zu regulären Zeiten Lust auf Sushi hätte, würde ich ohne zu zögern dort essen gehen.(Nur noch so: Wir sind alle Menschen und dass man mal einen schlechten Tag hat und nicht so freundlich ist, kann vorkommen, bei mir noch nie.... Und... Wer sich über teures Sushi beschwert... ihr könnt euch vorimformieren und im Umkreis mal vergleiche... Sushi muss Qualität haben und darf dann auch was kosten! Aussert ihr wollt eine Magenverstimmung.) Bei Yooji's am Bahnhof Luzern bekommt ihr jedenfalls Qualitäts-Sushi!!!

Very tasty tourist sushi spot. The sushi was quick ready made and the staff was very friendly. If you're close to the station, this is a good place to grab a tasty bite.

Wer gerne top Sushi liebt und noch Wert auf hervorragend Service legt ist im Yooji‘s HB im Untergeschoss genau richtig aufgehoben. Bestellungen über die App wo man noch Punkte für einen Gutschein sammelt ist noch das i Tüpferchen oben drauf.

Für ein Schnellrestaurant einer Sushi-Kette erstaunlich gut...(kann man aber nicht mit echten Meistern ihres Fachs vergleichen:-) ..

Sehr erwähnenswert ist die Bedienung von Sabrina, sie ist immer super freundlich, hat immer ein lächeln auf dem Gesicht und die Sushis sind eifach der Oberhammer. Alles super frisch :)

Um 19.00 gibt es nichts mehr obwohl erst um 20.00 geschlossen wird. Bedienung ist weder kooperativ noch freundlich. Ich hole dort oft denn Normalerweise ist das sushi gut.

I really enjoyed eating here for lunch!! The service was really friendly and kind (he even gave me extra coins to collect on the app!) and the food was also authentic and delicious. it can be a bit expensive depending on what you order but in general still affordable for students like me. I’m definitely going back there again :)

Kurz vor unsern Ferien entschieden wir uns spontan ins Yoojis etwas essen zu gehen. Die riesige Auswahl an Sushi und Nudelgerichten überwältigten uns. Doch das Highlight war die sympatische und freundliche Bedienung der Angestellten! Das Essen und der feine Tee schmeckte uns sehr und wurde schnell geliefert, das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm. I was looking for a take away Sushi and just saw Yoojis at the mainstation.Im glad I found one so local by the way the staff are so welcoming and helpfull. I tried one of their chef's choice and a chicken Soup perfect for a cold day.

Vinimos animados por las buenas críticas, pero es incomprensible que tenga esa puntuación un lugar que la sopa de noodles es insípida, carísima y un servicio pésimo. Al pedir agua, ya que la botella de agua era de 750 cl y no quería una botella tan grande te digan que el agua del grifo vale 3 francos, es para alucinar. En ese momento pensé en marcharme, pero aguante por probar la comida, y en que momento ... Y claro sin mencionar que los precios del sushi son carísimos incluso para ser SuizaNada recomendable

Wir haben über die App "To Good To Go" zwei Portionen Szshi bestellt und wurden von Andressa herzlich bedient. Es war super fein, da gibts gar nichts auszusetzen. Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Regelmässig gehe ich mit meinen Kindern im Yooji’s ein paar Sushis essen. Auch heute waren wir wieder positiv überrascht von der Qualität wie auch vom Service der uns der charmante junge Herr gebietet hat. Unser Insidertipp: Der würzige Ginger Apple Icetea mit Äpfeln aus der Region ist der weltbeste!

Too Good to Go ist sehr empfehlenswert! Andressa hat mich sehr freundlich bedient. Man bekommt wirklich viel für sein Geld und das Essen war ganz gut. War bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal.

I pay Yooji's a visit almost every week for lunch. Yooji's offers a wide variety of quality food with fun flavour combinations. I truly appreciate the good nature of the employees and their attention to detail. This is the core of a good Swiss business. The Luzern store has very creative chefs as you will see when you try their "Chef's Choices".

Food is amazing but what makes this a special place are people: such a nice, friendly staff! You feel they are team and they enjoy providing you with great food. Always going extra mile with fresh ginger, additional soya souce and above all a few nice words making your day. Thank you guys!

Geniales Sushi in mitten von Bahnhof Luzern. Obwohl ich nicht so der Sesam-Fan bin, konnte mich Sabrina gut beraten. Ich habe Ebi Tempura Rolle probiert mit Sesam. Trotz Sesam eine Explosion der Geschmacksnerven. Top Bedienung und geniales Essen. Immer wieder!

Bin öfters in diesem Lokal um kulinarische Erinnerungen an Japan hochleben zu lassen. Das Essen sowie die Bedienung von Elina ist immer Höchstklasse👍🏻 Bin immer wieder gerne als Gast da.
