Wunderschönes Lokal mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Herrvorragender Service. Super fein gegessen, jeder Gang TOP, sehr schön präsentiert !Es ist sehr traurig und absolut unfair, das ein Restaurant das sich so vorbildlich an die Schutzmassnahmen hält jetzt schliessen muss. Hoffentlich bis ganz bald wieder !!

Absolut spannende u sehr feine Menükarte. Die Weinempfehlung war genial. Kommen gerne wieder. Gastronomie pur.

Repas pris le soir sans réservation. Bon accueil, personnel très aimable. Plexiglas protégeant chaque table de convives. L'entrée de terrine de chevreuil était bonne mais il manquait sur l'assiette des courges confites (très appréciées) pour alterner les goûts. Les crevettes piri piri étaient bonnes. Bonne carte de vins pour les amateurs.

Je me suis arrêtée juste pour l’apéro! Top service, chouette accueil, et fantastique terrasse. Y manger ça promet!

Nous avons passé une super soirée à z'art. Nous avons très bien mangé. Et la personne (tania) qui nous a servi a été adorable et très pro.

Accueil chaleureux, service attentionné et cuisine soignée. Il y avait tellement de plats qui nous tentaient sur la carte que nous avons opté pour le menu surprise "Petit Matterhorn". Indéniablement, ce fût un excellent choix. Nous nous sommes régalés de bout en bout ! Le serveur à été aux petits soins toute la soirée. Merci pour son amabilité et son efficacité. À recommander.

Earlier this week my wife and I went to Z’ART and had one of our worst experiences at a restaurant anywhere, defined by the menacing and aggressive behaviour of a purported manager of the restaurant. Upon arrival to Z’ART, we informed a young man who claimed to be the manager that we had a reservation for a table on the open-air terrace, which we had requested (and confirmed when making the reservation) given the COVID-19 situation. Even though the terrace was virtually empty, he became agitated and loudly expressed his displeasure about having to set another table outside, which he then proceeded to do in chaotic fashion, talking to himself and becoming visibly quite disturbed. My wife and I were taken aback and almost left the restaurant, but reluctantly decided to stay, hoping our waiter would behave normally. The waiter came, but seemed annoyed that we requested menus before ordering drinks, then returned with menus and left never to be seen again. On our 5th night in Zermatt my husband and I were excited to try out Z’art. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a lovely atmosphere on arrival. Unfortunately when requesting a ‘carafe d’eau’ (jug of tapwater) while selecting our bottle of wine and meals, we were informed they couldn’t provide tap water for free- it would be at a charge if 9chf. From a principle perspective- living in Switzerland for 10 years, understanding its expensive, but water should be available for free. The manager explained it was our choice if we wanted water or not but he would not provide free tap water as he had to pay his staff! At that point we decided to eat else where - more as a matter of principle rather than specifically over the 9chf! I cannot comment on the food- maybe it’s amazing- but the attitude and service was far from any other restaurant I’ve experienced in Zermatt or Switzerland in general!

They asked us if we wanted to be done before New Years to go to the church or if we wanted to slow the courses and go outside with a toast to see the fireworks and come back in to eat desert.
