Very disappointing today! I don't want to say anything about the tension felt by the sales staff, the current times are certainly very stressful! But when asked for 1 pretzel and butter croissant (the saleswoman says she only has 1 pretzel left, but then says, "ah, yes, it still has 1 other one") I pay and when I get home I realize that only 1 is packed, the frustration was great... whether I had paid for 2 was no longer comprehensible to me because I had bought other items In addition, the 1 croissant was actually almost inedible, crushed, soggy, 0% crispiness. As if it had been left open for two days... That's really a pity The problem is that in every Aldi or at every gas station the croissants taste much better. Worrying if you increasingly prefer to buy there I actually like to support local small specialist businesses, but what if it goes like this? There is always a huge outcry when companies go bankrupt, but sometimes it's not surprising...

In addition to the always fresh and extensive range at the counter, the team at Ziegler Brot AG in Muttenz is also very reliable for company orders. There are enough sales staff and you don't have to wait long. The service is quick and friendly. The range of baked goods is large and is always available and the quality and taste is good.

So far everything has always tasted very good. The toast is amazing and the Russian wreath is legendary. The service is very friendly and you feel comfortable. Once the seller approached her somewhat harshly, she immediately apologized and explained her reaction, which shows greatness. The 2 in 1 store concept is perfect. At most, you end up buying more than you wanted :)

Good day we have on Saturday April 20th. Redeemed a voucher at the Muttenz branch. We bought sandviches and Silserli. These were all already on April 19th. expired (to be used by April 19, 2019) and no mention was made of this. A work colleague didn't know this and developed nausea and gastrointestinal problems. We didn't expect this from a bakery like this

It is a busy shop and business. The staff is very nice. Yeast wreaths very popular and well known. The truffles and chocolates are also very good here!

In this shop you can get everything from fine chocolates to Easter bunnies, delicious pastries (the yeast wreaths are famous throughout northwestern Switzerland) and farmer's bread. And if ever an article is missing because it is already sold out, which shouldn't come as a surprise given the friendly service!
