Food was cold, wrong drink. I couldn't eat because I don't like it cold, especially cold fries and kebab.

Left a bad but honest review on Just Eat. Now I'm being harassed with calls from the Zofinger PizzaHaus. I ordered a kebab with a portion of fries. I got one "I'd like to have vegetable cannelloni" (finished product gratinated with 1 ton of hard "mozzarella") and 1 kebab with everything. The kebab was ice cold. Despite the free can of cola, very dissatisfied. The order was subsequently delivered correctly after a telephone complaint. However, the kebab was still cold again and the bread was as white as snow. Barely baked and far from crispy. The fries weren't convincing either. They were too moist and soggy because no holes were made in the packaging to allow the steam to escape. And the courier was clearly unmotivated. Nevertheless, I still gave a tip of 2 francs, which he then immediately put in his private wallet. That's the truth. And that's why I won't be ordering there anymore. The Zofinger Pizza Haus should learn from a negative review and try to do better next time instead of bothering customers with calls because of a negative review.!!! This just makes everything worse!! And in the worst case scenario, it could lead to trouble with the police!
