Zur Eiche Chur AG in Chur

We spent one night here. There is a kitchen with everything you need, tea, coffee capsules and candies, clean and tidy, the location is excellent, in the city center, not far from the station. The only negative is the presence of the smell from the pizzeria on the ground floor.

BEST STAFF!!! The staff did their best to solve the problems we had during our stay. After our first night there, we were not able to have a shower since hot water wasn't running. Mr. Donato got the technician to solve the problem but since it wasn't able to be solved (something related about a fuse), they changed us to another available room where everything worked correctly. Also and due to all this trouble, Mr. Donato and the rest of the staff decided to invite of dinner at their Mamma Mia restaurant, where they served us really amazing pizzas (a must visit even if you are not staying there). Train station is located a short walk from there (around 5 minutes walking) and location is also on the border of Chur's old town. Try to pack light since this building have spiral stairs and no elevator, so carrying a lot of luggage might be troublesome when checking in.

Recommended, price performance is right. Clean, no balcony

I was stranded with a broken motorbike in Chur. It was Churerfest and therefore there were no rooms available in the whole of Chur. When I spoke to the owner on the phone, he understood the situation. He had one apartment that was not completely finished, I could spend the night there. Even though it wasn't finished, it was a great place to stay. When I still had to arrange everything the next day, I was allowed to use the apartment all day, no problem at all. The owner is great, understanding and helpful.

There is an Italian restaurant called Mamma mia on the 0th floor, and it is an apartment hotel that is rented out. We have an electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, frying pans, pots, and cutlery. I think it's easy to use because it's not far from Chur Station and the price is cheaper than other hotels. There are also towels. The room had bunk beds, so it felt like a sleepover from when I was a student.

The four of us rented a studio for one night. The studio was very affordable and the facilities were good. Everything was very clean and seemed newly renovated. The room is small but we were very happy with our stay. Check in and check out were uncomplicated and worked well. Thanks!
