Why do you fry the halloumi in the same place as the meat and with the same cutlery? As a pregnant woman, this puts me off and it doesn't work for vegetarians or lactose intolerant people either. Please prepare the food clearly separately.

The flatbread is a bit unstable but otherwise everything was good.

I wouldn't recommend this place, especially not for vegans. It feels like they don't really care about the quality, just putting together the meals quickly with half attention. Falafel pita was borderline disgusting from all the ketchup-mayo sauce. It had very little vegetables, and the "pita" was actually a burger bun. I couldn't finish it.. :( Not worth 11.5 chf.

The Dürüm wasn't bad, but I thought the price was exorbitant (but maybe that's just Zurich). However, I found the behavior of the staff completely wrong. So I probably won't eat there again.

Today I ate a very tasty Halumi Wrap with fresh vegetables and even received a free drink :)

Kebsp, döner, etc as you would espect. You are hungey? Get one and feel satisfied. Over lunch a goodm offern with soft drink ayran. In summer grab one and go to nearby irchel park for a walk.

The supreme kebab tastes very, very good, the only problem is that you don't seem to place much value on friendliness towards the customers, with this staff you lose your appetite again. I will definitely advise everyone I know not to eat at your place again. I am very, very resentful and under no circumstances will I put up with something like that, where as a customer you are not even allowed to take your time and are looked down upon if you don't just run in and shout out what you want to eat. It's a shame for a kebab shop that previously had a good reputation in my area.

I always have a good experience here. The kebab is - as good as a kebab can get -. But above all, the employees are very good! They are always respectful, friendly and quick every time I come here (6 to 7 times in the last two years). The treats always seem to be fresh and taste accordingly. Gladly again.

Extremely rude employees. Food was ok. I came here because the rating looked good but was extremely disappointed by the customer service. When I was ordering from the menu, pointing at what I wanted, the guy taking my order didn’t understand me even though I said it loud and clear. He went on to get angry and aggressive and rolled his eyes at me. I understand that working at a restaurant can be stressful, but that isn’t a good reason to not to be a nice human being. They also don’t clean up the tables after people are done eating. The fries were good. The hamburger was alright. Nothing special about this place, so save yourselves from the unnecessary rudeness. I have never left reviews for places before and I feel compelled to do so now.

Some aggressive employees. They didn't want to redeem my credit card. Although I have redeemed them in every Zurich bistro so far. Doner kebab isn't particularly tasty either. More of a run-of-the-mill kebab. I'll look for another kebab shop.

Went to the bistro to pick up food from campus twice. The cleanliness and quality of the food are without question. But for me this is also a basic requirement. But you have to ask yourself how the prices come about. Hello, it's a take away, a fast food shop. Even if there are seats available, it can't be compared with a restaurant. You can do it in Zurich, I was definitely there last time.

Terrible service. I came here to grab a quick bite and had to wait in line for 10 mins. The manager was unfriendly and was bossing the other employees around, which certainly did not look happy at all. To top it off, after the long wait, it's my turn and when I ask for a cheeseburger I am told, in a very rude way, that there was no more bread and I could only order the patty alone, same for all the other kinds of burgers. Of course I refused and left. They should warn these things in advance to prevent people from wasting their time, and for sure work on the service.

Classic kebab. It's a shame that the meat dish consists of ground meat instead of nice steaks, so I'll take industrial meat. We are constantly cut by a machine and fried on the grill by the employee! Flat bread is felt as desired and rolled onto the grill plate to keep it warm. Nothing in particular is ok for me. You can get better for 12 chf

I regret that there isn't any competition nearby -- can't recommend it. "Kebab" actually means "skewer", which was not understood here. The meat is not grilled but prepared on the plancha. The fries also come on the plancha, which I find very special. The kebabs are OK and somehow very watery. Unfortunately also a bit expensive. The advantage is that the park is nearby and it is very pleasant to get a kebab and eat in the park.
