Die besten Restaurants in Gais

Last Sunday we made our way across the Schwägalp to Gais in heavy snow and slippery roads. We invited my mother to lunch at Truube in Gais for her 93rd birthday. We were greeted very friendly and taken straight to the chef's table, from where we could enjoy a clear view of the kitchen through a large recess. We would like to thank you very much for this great experience and the unique hospitality. Our self-composed multi-course menu was simply fantastic, both visually and culinary-wise. Every plate is a work of art and everything in a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere and totally prepared and attentive employees. We really appreciated it and were really happy that Ms. Manser came to our table several times for a conversation - and that with a full house. A magnificent ambience, wonderful food and warm hospitality were a perfect setting for my dear mother's birthday celebration.

A great place for a rest. Fantastic view. Very friendly staff. The house coffee is a must! Plus a tree nut peak.

It's all a question of will🤗 But it's okay, there are other great restaurants. Despite the open kitchen, the dogs are welcome, no thanks to you, I've never lost my desire🤧 We would have liked to come here with a lot of people. But since we unfortunately have to find out that the 3rd place doesn't accept four-legged friends, unfortunately we never see each other so bye!!!🙄

Eine abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte und zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal erwartet einem im Bistro der Klinik Gais. Eine gute Variante, wenn man als Patient mit einem Gast in Ruhe essen möchte. Oder als Wanderer um den Durst zu löschen und die abwechslungsreiche Dessertkarte auszuprobieren. Die Terrasse bietet einen phänomenalen Ausblick auf den Alpstein. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich, sauber und schön für's Auge. Immer wieder gerne.

Very good lunch menu at absolutely reasonable prices. The enlarged terrace allows for comfortable dining with a view of the beautiful village square.
