Die besten Restaurants in Bern

Purchased various pastries in the pastry shop. Incredibly good, refined and carefully made. The "crème pâtissière" on the puff pastry cakes and cream slices - simply divine. Cheers to the confectioners!

Some dishes from the menu could not be ordered (e.g. meat from the hot stone). The Wiener Schnitzel was ok. The fries were crispy but tasted like old oil. The question about cranberries with the schnitzel was answered negatively with amusement. A no go in terms of hospitality. The tablecloth was dirty. The waiting time for the main course was a bit long, even if you order a la carte you should be able to wait 20 minutes after the starter. As a vegetarian I would not visit this restaurant. There was only one risotto with psargel to choose from.

We spontaneously went out to eat on Easter Sunday🐰food was very good, pizza base was great👍🏻the dessert too👍🏻and the two waitress bunnies🐰(and that's not meant to be sexist) awesome 😉everything fresh from the liver friendly with witty entertainment like that you would like to come back. You can't get out without schnapps but it tastes really good👍🏻🥃 makes you want to come back. 👍🏻🐰🙂greetings natascha (the Germans) the bear gives you wings😂

Service is good. The portion of breaded schnitzel could be larger. The fries were probably fried in old oil. They were a bit rancid (I've rarely had worse fries) and didn't have enough seasoning. It's a shame actually...

The staff is very nice and the bread is ok. The coffee had a very strange taste and was undrinkable.

I have been ordering for a long time with complete satisfaction. The kebabs are sometimes like this, sometimes like that. But always to complete satisfaction.

Great food and very friendly staff, the delivery service is also great.

Wir haben gerade mehr als 30 min. auf der Terrasse gewartet um eine Bestellung aufzugeben. Sind sogar noch rein an die Bar gegangen um zu fragen und dann hiess es nur: er komme in 5min..nach 15 min sind wir dann gegangen!Schade, dass die Gäste drinnen anders behandelt werden als die Gäste draussen..

We stopped by for dinner here. The food was very good. Friendly, prompt and attentive service. Bread was even asked if we would like some more. The interior of the restaurant looks very well maintained, friendly, clean and bright. There is also a nice terrace to sit outside. But maybe not ideal because of the traffic. The price performance is good. The request as to whether it was possible to have pasta instead of rice was also answered in the affirmative without any problems. The only thing that is a bit difficult is the access from Spiez when a car train has just unloaded in Kandersteg.

You used to get more for your money. Today you get up from the table hungry, lousy small portions for more money. That's it for lunch in the cube.
