In terms of friendliness and sympathy, there is hardly anyone better in the area, plus the delicious food (Pizza Mafioso 1A) - a brilliant combination! The best in the area! Unfortunately, I can hardly understand the negative comments, after all, they are people who make things by hand and not robots & there is always someone somewhere who makes mistakes.

We were able to enjoy a wonderful, enjoyable evening in a great feel-good atmosphere at Schönbühl! Enjoyment for all the senses, that's all you can say. The staff is absolutely charming and accommodating. The food was simply heavenly! Lovingly prepared, original and fresh dishes, wonderfully refined; a treat for the palate. Likewise the drinks. The location is fantastic! Thanks to the slightly elevated and set back location, there is a truly enchanting view of the lake and the mountains and yet still completely quiet. You can't hear anything from the main road by the lake below. The garden invites you to linger in summer. We are happy and already. We are thrilled and will be back!

Spontaneous lunch... absolutely positively surprised. My lasagne was perfect and beautifully prepared. Courteous service, the kitchen chef personally collected feedback from the guests. All employees very friendly. Thanks for dad great food!

Hotel itself was very good, a little dated but otherwise a really nice hotel Unfortunately I also have a few things to complain about, the showers were unfortunately broken and the shower head no longer had a jet. In addition, the WiFi is poor and it takes 1 minute for a WhatsApp to be sent. The cleaning of the rooms was never really good either. Garbage is left lying around, bed linen etc is not changed and the floor is not mopped. The food, on the other hand, is really very good, always varied and very, very tasty. The service there was really very good. We didn't use the spa area because we didn't agree with the prices (€5 for 15 minutes of pool) per person. Otherwise great location I wouldn't visit it again
