Bahnhofstrasse 11, 3250 Lyss, Switzerland, BernOrdered 6 pizzas at 7:25 p.m., delivered at 9:45 p.m. At 9 p.m. we called to ask where our order was. We were told the courier left 2 minutes ago. When the pizzas finally arrived after more than 2 hours, they were soggy. One pizza was missing paid ingredients, another pizza had fries that were burnt/black and were not included according to the order card. Another call was due... That was really cheeky! We would have ordered wrongly, we probably had an old order flyer! This ingredient was not included in one pizza that was ordered (which turned out to be wrong when I checked the website), and in the next pizza they always baked fries (this is also nowhere apparent). I have no problem with mistakes happening where work is being done... but please own up to it next time and don't pass the mistake on to the customer!!! Definitely the last time I ordered there!!!

Addendum: two days later on a Thursday morning I called to inquire about opening times. I got fired from the line, there was no call back. Does this restaurant even still exist?
