Nice restaurant, nice service. The renovation plans look good, the walnut wood in particular looks very nice... As a non-Swiss person, I was able to find my favorite pub here!

We've eaten in the Mekong several times now and we've never had the slightest complaint. We love Thai cuisine in general, but this is top notch! Everything always tastes fresh and is prepared very deliciously. The atmosphere is homey and cozy and the service is always friendly, you feel welcome, even when it's busy prevails. We feel privileged to have such a restaurant nearby.

Restaurant dédié aux demi-pension: plafond assez bas et tables relativement serrées, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l’aise en cette période de coronavirus.La cuisine était bonne, sans être extraordinaire. D’autre part, le jeune serveur ne parlait pas un mot de français et parlait très vite en suisse-allemand. Nous lui avons dit (en allemand!) que nous n’étions pas germanophones et que nous souhaitions qu’il parle lentement. Aucun effort, il a continué à nous parler en suisse-allemand ultra rapide… Cela n’a pas contribué à nous faire passer une soirée détendue et, le lendemain, nous sommes allés manger ailleurs.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Sure Mooke mit Kartoffelstock und Gemüse. Ein Nachschlag mit Kartoffelstock und Gemüse wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Ein Besuch ist empfehlenswer.

On the occasion of the Horw Fire Department's Agatha Celebration 2024, the Bistro Novum in the Horwerhalle (220 people) treated us to a 3-course menu (meat/vegetarian). The OK would like to thank Pedro and his team for the excellent dinner. We have received consistently very positive feedback from our guests! Thanks to Pedro and his team, we can look back on a top event with very satisfied guests. As a caterer, I can only recommend Bistro Novum!

Even though the restaurant was supposed to be open according to opening times, I was sent away. The employee said they only do take-away and delivery service. It's a shame about the beautiful dining room with all the empty tables. And what a shame for the customers who rely on the incorrect information on the website!

The family-run hotel is a bit old but very clean. The rooms are unusually large, but a bit noisy. Beds, bed linen, towels, everything was great! The hotelier is incredibly friendly and tries very hard. He personally serves breakfast very lovingly. It's rich and delicious. All of this at a moderate price by Swiss standards. Very good location with perfect connections to public transport. Overall, a clear recommendation!

A cozy, pleasant atmosphere on Schützenmattstrasse. Absolutely friendly, customer-oriented service. I ordered heart pastries for my birthday. Everything worked wonderfully. My favorite bakery

I have only been there once to meet my neighbour and his daughter. It has a great terrace, lovely owner, very friendly guests. Sadly they don't serve my taste yet they do have my taste of wine. Also, it is a smokers place 😆
