Die besten Restaurants in Altstätten

We came over during the cordon bleu week (in addition to salad there is only cordon bleu + side dish) but it wasn't a problem for us. It was probably the best thing I've ever eaten. The service was so incredibly friendly, they brought us additional side dishes at no extra cost if the ones brought in advance weren't enough. All in all very warm, great food and amazing service - it's worth stopping here! (Prices as usual in Switzerland, as a German you would probably describe it as upscale)

This is a great little hole in the wall bar. Just the local beer on tap. Locals are very friendly as is the bar staff

Very attentive service, I like it.

The innkeeper was incredibly warm and open-minded, even though we didn't have any cash with us, we were invited to dinner for a short guitar performance. The food was also very tasty, so all in all, highly recommended.

Many fine types of ice cream, very friendly service and fair prices. Nice seating in the garden and behind the house. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful and cozy family Christmas dinner. We'd love to come back.

In my opinion, massively overrated restaurant: room smells of smoke (door to the fumoir open), pizza was soggy, with rubbery cheese on the level of a frozen pizza from the supermarket. Sorry, but the reviews do not reflect the situation on site as I experienced it
