Hotel bellissimo e in un bellissimo posto. Camere pulitissime ed una buonissima colazione. Noi siamo stati benissimo avevamo anche un cane di piccole dimensioni (jack russel) senza costi aggiuntivi. Personale gentilissimo.

Restaurant auf dem Säntis 4Ein einfaches uriges Restaurant auf dem Säntis. Ich wurde der freundlich empfangen und dann einfach sitzen gelassen, nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit hatte ich vor aufzustehen und wieder zu gehen, das war wie ein Weckruf und ich wurde dann doch noch bedient.Das leckere Essen hat mir dann sehr gemundet.Kreditkartenzahlung wird akzeptiert aber kein Trinkgeld möglichGerne wieder ein anderes Mal

Pastries and sweets , it has a nice view to the mountains. It is pricey.

We were only at the restaurant, it was very good, pleasant service, nice portions and good value for money

The location is very nice, but the staff is very incompetent and not professional. We ordered the classic fondue for 3 people and paid 90 for it. We ordered the hamburgers, the waiter brought them to the table and said in advance that they were medium rare and not cooked as requested. When we paid at the end and wanted to point out to the waitress that we had never eaten such expensive fondue, she unfortunately left without comment. It's a shame because the chalet has a lot of charm. But we won't come back.

Food and service were top. Unfortunately we had to wait a bit long for the food.

The Spätzli pan was super tasty at a good price. I will gladly come again.

We spent a few days in the facility, Benjamin was available and always present. Great food and good breakfast. A lot of attention is paid to raw materials!

Älpler macarons, very fine, when asked why there was no applesauce as listed on the menu, they said the demand was too small and the tins were too big. I think no food waste is great, information would be even better

The bartender was very friendly and efficient even if he was overwhelmed. It’s a place we like to go for a drink at the end of our vacation.
