Excellent service..the hotel is located in one of the best areas of the lakefront..of Lugano..! Panoramic view unobstructed and discreet at the same time.! Architecturally well structured... and designed with elegant finishes! The staff is professional and very friendly..! The food is very good and of high quality. Both in preparation and in choice! Ideal for organizing events and meetings! Very spacious and large rooms..! Clean and tidy rooms! Compliments to the staff

Die Pizza hat einen dickeren aber luftigen Rand. Es wurden frische Zuzaten verwendet. Vom Geschmack her super. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Corona Hygienemassnahmen wurden eingehalten.

Cadre magnifique! Service soigné et personnel très sympa, disponible et à l'écoute. Nous avons mangé le boeuf en croute de sel, excellent! Cuisson top, qualitè de la viande, saveurs... le dessert, trop bon! le prix de la nourriture est correct. Ce qui peut faire monter l'addition sont les boissons, cest un choix. Nous avons prix une bouteille de rouge du Tessin, à 58chf, un vin très bon!

Very good food, generous portions and well presented. Good atmosphere, welcoming and typical place.

Saturday evening signed "Rabadan carnival": a porchetta sandwich with beer. The non-existent porchetta, half a broken slice covered in rotten lettuce... I'll let you imagine the goodness! The beer gone sideways... Goodbye. Change jobs if you are not able.

The best thing about this hotel was just the quiet and peaceful room then the terrible welcome and let's not talk about the breakfast and the service

Une cuisine simple: une bonne polenta maison accompagne tous les plats, à choix: lapin, saucisse tessinoise, bœuf, cèpes, …Bons desserts maison (tiramisu, profiteroles, …).Service sympathique, ambiance de village.Prix tout à fait corrects.
