The friendliness of the Sardo owner is the side dish of the evening

I ordered a sandwich for take away and had to observe how the persons behind the counter touched all ingredients with bare hands and in between touched all kinds of stuff: their face masks, the drawers and they even billed other clients. One lady in the shop didn’t wear her face mask over both mouth and nose. This unhygienic behavior during the global Corona pandemic felt very irresponsible to me and I didn’t want to take the risk to consume anything from them. So I decided to rather leave without taking and eating the sandwich.

Ate today and everything is normal

Ugh! very expensive for a disappointing experience, we expected so much better from a “Swiss chocolatier” I hope that the dove purchased for Easter will be up to the task! Disappointed

Very tasty food. Enjoyed the beautiful live dance performances. Staff was awesome. Biryani. Gulab Jaamun. Mango Lassi and other dishes were very very tasty. Went to Locarno for some work related trip. Searched halal restaurants nearby and found this one. It was one hr away from Locarno. This long drive was not a waste. It was worth it

American coffee 4 chf but I didn't like it much. Nice location, fast service

Very central bar in Lugano, photonic aperitifs, with fabulous appetizers, very professional and beautiful waitresses especially Ilaria, I highly recommend this place👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We ate the grilled fish mix well. It was magnificent.

Food was very good and cheap 12.- for a portion of pasta is fine. Friendly service. The espresso was also very good.

Be careful, the proximity to McDonald's is a temptation.

I lived next door. I only went there once... tuna piadina with not even a whole can (the small ones) of tuna. I immediately understood that the best piadinas are those of the Romagna tradition and I can't make them better at home

The place is a bit limited and the staff not very helpful even if trained.

One of the best coffees in Lugano! Unfortunately no pastries available on Sunday morning. A bit hidden as it is also used as a hotel reception. Prices a little higher, but typical for Switzerland.

Also beautiful brand new restaurant, congratulations to cooks, delicious!
