I've been coming regularly for years (since the opening in 2014 in fact) and the cuisine is always top notch. Despite this, there have been several major downsides for some time: firstly, the service. It seems that all the waiting staff (who were from the region) have been replaced by staff who speak little French and are poorly qualified for the service. As a result, the wait is sometimes long to be placed or ordered. We went there on 03.28.24 as a couple and had to call the waiting staff 3 times to be offered a table. One of these people actually had headphones which I find more than strange for service staff. The atmosphere is much less warm and welcoming (this is only my feeling of course), and I must admit that when I tell the waitress that I have eaten enough and she says to me "you would like to have a dessert for me" and insists twice, I find it a bit heavy... Finally, I have the impression (once again I don't have the precise figures and quantities in mind), that the size of the burgers has decreased - inversely to the prices which have increased. In short, still one of the best burgers in the region but which is losing its appeal because the service and welcome are only very average. Please note that I am writing this comment with a constructive aim, I like this restaurant and it pains me to see it losing quality on points which were once its strength. I am very willing to exchange and share my experience if necessary.

Nothing against it. Nothing in favor either! I just wish he could close the door!! Because no one is supposed to listen to his...."supposedly...music..." Until hours!! Not possible./ Especially because there are people who work!!!

The reception is well above average. You can devour the best sushi in Valais and the miso soup is to die for. There is also a wide choice of teas (hot or cold) and sake. For dessert, how about a delicious mochi, frozen or not? Finally, I never leave without falling for an adorable little figurine made in Japan (usually a cat).
