A delicious Easter menu, refined with fresh and expected products (asparagus from Valais, of course!). The lamb was offered in three succulent variations with perfectly mastered cooking. Wine service a little overeager, but everything else was attentive and efficient. The small room was full and therefore the acoustics were not optimal for old ears. But the taste buds were filled with happiness, so what more could you ask for.
