Just for an aperitif. Thursday late afternoon. 7was closed for a wedding. But the Manager Philippe received us well with a nice smile. And it should be like that in every place we stop. We had excellent butter flutes, well done. It was a pleasure. And it makes you want to come back. thanks a lot

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights and had dinner at the restaurant both nights. The menu on offer was limited due to the overall situation with few guests which was no problem since it had meat, fish and vegan to choose from. We enjoyed dinner and the service, but it wasn't quite up to the standard that I would expect from a place with one Michelin star. The dishes served were mostly delicious, but certain things were not quite right (the fried foie gras for example).

Good restaurant, owner who comes to your table to see if everything went well. Very good address 😉

We went to lunch at l’Etoile… The problem is not the quality but the price. A glass of Croze Hermitage at…..17 francs… The reception surprised us a little when my friend asked for the card the “waitress” looked annoyed and got slightly angry!.. I said to myself: “hello welcome”!.. Then it got better. The boss is nice but it’s still a bit expensive…

We went with 8 people and got a private room. We chose a surprise menu of 2 appetizers, 1 main course and 1 dessert. The decoration of the dishes was basic, however, every dish tasted good. Ps. The service was slow, we could understand that the main dining room was crowded and busy but we had to serve wine by ourselves

Extremely disappointed to hear that Brent Bridge is closing. The cuisine was excellent and refined and the cook and his wife very friendly. We will miss you. Sniff!
