I bought pralines and truffles from Christian Boillat for the holidays and what can I say... just incredibly good! Their surprise brioche bread was excellent! As well as the top honeycomb! Well done!

I was disappointed with the quantity of chicken served compared to the price of the sandwich. I was expecting a more generous portion of chicken for the value I was paying. Chicken surcharge about 3.50 for not even 5 small pieces of Teriyaki chicken. I hope this concern will be addressed to improve customer experience in the future. Not recommended

Patience and quality and super view.

One rainy evening at the campsite we decided to go bowling and eat at the Chinese restaurant above We were very well received by the server present. Fast and efficient service. Practical with a child. Only one person in the kitchen produces dishes that are neither bad nor incredible in an appreciable manner. At the entrance to the restaurant a table is dedicated to children…. With a lot of toys. This evening… two children were present, children of the boss… IPad on full blast…. Background sound not very pleasant for eating The restaurant did its job for one evening and we will return there if necessary.

The apple turnover was excellent! Very well located bakery, in Éclépens station.

A very well decorated restaurant with a view of the lake, very easy to access from the station. I ate very well there and I will come back.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Shell Montbenon gas station. On February 4, 2024, I was confronted with a blatant billing error from the staff at this station. During my visit, I filled up with gas at pump number 2 and made some purchases in the store. Unfortunately, at checkout, I was double charged for fuel because the clerk recorded another customer's transaction on my bill. Not only did I have to pay twice for my fill of gas, but the promised reimbursement was never made despite my multiple reminders. This lack of professionalism and seriousness is unacceptable. Customer service also leaves something to be desired, with late responses and broken promises. It is unfortunate that a simple error like this was not resolved efficiently and quickly. As a disgruntled consumer, I cannot recommend this gas station to anyone. I hope this review will serve to improve the business practices of this establishment to avoid similar situations in the future.

Closes at 9:50 p.m. and not 10:00 p.m., it is not stipulated anywhere on the machine that it does not give change, moreover, every other time there is no voucher that comes out and when by a miracle one good luck the scanner does not work. It was once a legendary place with its pretty terrace in the heart of the city. Unfortunately the boss is unpleasant. He fired me because I was sketching clients in my sketchbook. Mind-blowing!

They close too soon!! They don't close at 1400 anymore. Now as early as 1315.

Staff not friendly and unsmiling. Passed on 05.05.2023 just before 07.00 for gasoline, long wait due to the sale of coffees.

How can I say... The pizza was excellent
