The saleswoman is very pleasant and polite and the donuts are quite good

Really not crazy, count around 5Chf per Donut, the classic donuts (with the hole in the middle) only have a bland topping on top, all the same taste, choose instead the “Berlin balls” Donuts which will stand out a little more

Hot or cold drinks in wide variety.. the donuts are fresh and come in more than 30 different kinds including 8 plant based.. each holiday season brings one or more varieties of donuts.. possibility of purchasing Dunkin products (coffees , water bottles, gift vouchers) .. good location of the place, delivery possible (through Smood, Ubereat, Justeat) .. very good service with a dynamic and smiling team, who is available for any doubts or questions that the we would have.. and this in French, English or even Spanish.. I highly recommend if you are in Lausanne 😁😁

The donuts are excellent, however the staff are quite lazy and not the friendliest I know. (I ordered a pumkin spice latte and a coldbrew and they prepared a drink then afterwards they were chatting and eating donuts until I told them that a drink was missing, otherwise they didn't put the white chocolate supplement for which I paid 1chf more). Of course I'll go back for the donuts but I hope the staff can get their act together. EDIT: I've been back 2-3 times and in the morning she's often a very nice woman! On the other hand, the other times when he has all the other staff, it's not a dunkin donuts atmosphere, I hope they will be trained to be warmer. Edit 2: The staff is poorly trained and not friendly, the donuts are good but I'm going to complain to Dunkin Donuts, because they constantly get the orders wrong and the employees don't know anything about how to prepare the drinks. Edit 3: It's getting better and better now!

The donuts are very good. Carlos super nice! 👍👍👍 The next morning a woman who doesn't even say hello to us, a prison door, aggressive, gives no explanation when I ask a question... she's downright freaking out. In short, I hope for your sake that you come across Carlos.

The price is exaggerated compared to the industrial quality that we are offered, plus the service is not up to par. I am disappointed in every way, I who had hoped so much that it would come here but we are far, far from the shops in the USA.

Asked for a donuts filled with vanilla and ended up with a donuts without vanilla filling. The label however indicated vanilla filling. 3.90 for defrosted. Very friendly, polite and smiling staff.

Great little American donut shop in Lausanne, the donuts and cold tea are great but, oh, my, god, the prices are really headache-inducing. It’s not an afternoon snack but rather a New Year’s Eve meal at this price

Very good donuts, nothing to complain about there. On the other hand, the sellers are not at all smiling and not very energetic, which is a shame :)

I find them to be of poor quality. The taste is not there, especially given the price mentioned. The triple chocolate one was more of a chocolate cake... The thicket of speculoos was compact. We couldn't eat it.

The donuts were good but seemingly smaller than those in the US. Pumpkin spice latte also good however very expensive (CHF6.9 for 8oz / 225g).

A very wide variety of donuts are available, each better than the other. There is also a large selection of cold or hot coffees, smoothies and cold teas. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. There will obviously soon be places to eat on site.
