It's difficult to single out one because they all deserve praise, but the duck in red wine in homage to Freddy Girardet is worth the trip alone. Perfect service under the (magic) wand of Monsieur Reguin. Just the welcome from Madame Giovannini, all charm and smile, promises you a great moment of happiness. Fabulous wine list encouraging you to forget all moderation. Extremely competent and efficient sommelier. In fact, a perfect score thanks to an exceptional conductor and a team worthy of him.
