At the Gasthof zum Rebstock in Muttenz I experienced a top-class culinary highlight with the morel dream. The pasta with morel cream sauce was a real treat that took my taste buds on a journey through the flavors of the season. The combination of tender noodles and the rich, creamy sauce with the intense flavor of morels was simply irresistible. The restaurant impresses not only with its excellent service, but also with a diverse selection of specialties from French-Mediterranean cuisine. Whether “Les trois filets”, Chateaubriand or the famous veal cordon bleu “Rebstock” – every guest will find something to their taste here. The use of fresh, regional products and the seasonal adaptation of the menu always guarantee an authentic and enjoyable experience. In addition to the exquisite dishes, the extensive selection of fine wines from different countries also impresses. The regularly changing lunch menus and seasonal recommendations always offer new taste experiences that delight and convince guests like me. At the Gasthof zum Rebstock in Muttenz, eating becomes a true experience that you can enjoy again and again :)

Everything is 1a.... you should only mention the pomegranates in the classic nut salad, as you don't expect that and it's not for everyone...

As usual: the best Cordon Bleu for us! This time with truffles, among other things - mmmmmh!!!

Hier kann man sehr gute Pouletknusperli essen. Die Knusperli sind selber paniert mit Cornflakes und schmecken super. Auch die Salate dazu sind hervorragend.

Great and very idyllic restaurant in the beautiful village center of Allschwil. The old mill is a landmark of Allschwil. The tenants and the entire team are there for their customers with heart and soul. The food is fine and looks good too. However, the menus are priced too high and that's why we deducted one star, albeit with a heavy heart. There are parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant or in the blue zone. The best way to get there is by tram (final stop number 6). Follow me on Google Maps 🌍

Very good Swiss cuisine, be it for a quick lunch or a cozy dinner with friends. Highly recommended is the Rösti with veal liver or the cutlet, which is also very suitable for vegetarians. Great regional wines and beyond.

It was my first time at the "Culinarium" and I was completely satisfied. The parking garage directly under the restaurant, spacious, fresh rooms and very good daily menus with soup, salad main course and dessert for 21,-. Thank you

Uncomplicated check-in. Unfortunately my room tasted like cigarette smoke. Service was very friendly and very hardworking

Die Bedienung war freundlich, aber zum Teil etwas unaufmerksam (Bestellungen gingen vergessen und mussten wiederholt werden). Das Essen war gut, es fehlte aber die besondere Note. Die Pasta war falsch bezeichnet: Ravioli statt Maltagliati.
