Excellent as always! Attentive, friendly staff, huge selection of menus, very fine food. Locally fully booked while other Asian restaurants are empty, that says it all. Keep it up, I'll be happy to come back any time! We are now regular customers (at least every two weeks). Unfortunately we had a very bad experience on Easter Saturday evening. The reservation made personally to the owner in the morning was forgotten to be noted, he knew nothing about it. The food this time also left a lot to be desired. Fried chicken curry was fried for too long, therefore dry and tough, almost no curry sauce, despite ordering more sauce. Baked sweet and sour fish was also fried for far too long, so it was dark brown on the outside, dry on the inside, very tough, there was only a little bit of sweet and sour sauce on the bottom of the plate, not over the meat, so it was even more dried out, despite ordering more sauce. The Cantonese rice was also very dry, only one portion instead of the two we ordered, we had to reorder a portion and were charged for three. It's a shame about the consistently poor preparation of the food and this negative experience. This was communicated to the staff, but was contradicted, denied and justified. Unfortunately, I have to revise my originally very good rating downwards with five stars each.

We were very happy with our visit to Restaurant zur Linde. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and lovingly designed. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. A great restaurant for a lovely evening!

The hotel in general and very clean and modern. The staff are simply incredible. They were very accommodating to all our request, from a quiet place to work, to food allergies, the staff were always nice, quick professional and pleasant. Thank you all.

We had a delicious coffee and a piece of cake in the self-service restaurant. Freshly good, we had space outside on the terrace in the sun and enjoyed it.

We come regularly and mainly because of Lobsang. He is a model of professionalism, friendliness and charm in sales. He is courteous and helpful and you feel valued and welcome as a customer. We have never experienced anything like this before and we would like to appreciate it. We met him in the branch in Hünenberg and now we like to drive a few minutes further to the branch in Rotkreuz so that we can continue to experience Lobsang's friendliness. The food is served with care and effort and it tastes good!
