I have been a customer since they opened and apart from the fact that the quality is no longer the same compared to the beginning, I would especially point out that this is the 3rd time where I am 2 hours late with delivery. I'm trying to call them to find out where my order is because I ordered at 11:20 a.m. for delivery at 12 p.m., it's 2:35 p.m. I never received anything and not a warning call, nothing, shameful. I've been trying to contact him since 1 p.m. but no one answers the phone!!! We can read in a comment that they always answer the phone, the joke!
