The asparagus starter was freshly and deliciously prepared, while the main course was a delight with juicy saddle of lamb and potatoes. The dessert was a real highlight and rounded off the meal with its exquisite presentation and delicious flavors. A special thank you goes to the outstanding staff, especially Katia, who made our day special, and the talented chef Markus Burger, whose culinary creations exceeded our expectations. Overall, a brilliant gastronomic experience that we would happily repeat.
