We weren't there at peak times and still had a good selection of food. Food was excellent and service was very attentive and friendly!

Hotel bellissimo e in un bellissimo posto. Camere pulitissime ed una buonissima colazione. Noi siamo stati benissimo avevamo anche un cane di piccole dimensioni (jack russel) senza costi aggiuntivi. Personale gentilissimo.

Restaurant auf dem Säntis 4Ein einfaches uriges Restaurant auf dem Säntis. Ich wurde der freundlich empfangen und dann einfach sitzen gelassen, nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit hatte ich vor aufzustehen und wieder zu gehen, das war wie ein Weckruf und ich wurde dann doch noch bedient.Das leckere Essen hat mir dann sehr gemundet.Kreditkartenzahlung wird akzeptiert aber kein Trinkgeld möglichGerne wieder ein anderes Mal

In my opinion, value for money is not right at all. There aren't even bathing shoes for the wellness area (CHF 9.90). You have to buy them yourself. No minibar or safe in the room. I paid CHF 240 for one night and I expected a little more. In the wellness there were 2 wooden loungers without cushions - relaxation was not possible. Stay was rather disappointing. I cannot and will not recommend it. Motivated staff in the catering and bar areas. Reception didn't come across like that.

Nach der Frage ob ich das Poulet anstelle mit Pommes, mit Salat haben kann, bekam ich einen Fitnessteller mit frischen Brot und Sauce separat dazu.Sehr lecker. Schneller und freundlicher Service hat das schön abgerundet.

Sehr feines Essen. Menu oder Pizza Gute Bedienung Die Gäste waren frech nur weil wir von einem anderen Hotel waren. Die Bedienung hat ein Tablet auf den Boden fallen lassen und mein Essen kam sehr spät
