The union of flavors offers you a daily assortment of fresh bakeries: sourdough breads, soups, salads, sandwiches, poke bowls, quiches, etc... and all that with a smile! I owe them a lot of my lunches. It’s a nice address to remember in Lausanne (special mention to their chocolate brioches). And it’s currently their panettone season. And once again, the chocolate one will delight your taste buds. Not too sweet, abundant in chocolate and as melting as possible, it's a must try!

Good and fresh products but as often it is a scam because 3/4 of the mixed salad is stuffed with green salad (arugula in my order), the food is just added as a garnish (rice or quinoa), extra for the salmon , so to eat a salad like that, I can make it myself at home... I don't see the added value and especially at that price!

I've only seen a few drinks here so I can't judge the food, but the service is quick and the staff very friendly. The atmosphere is rather festive which is great for weekend outings. I really liked the mulled wine with it too. So, I recommend!

My friend was scammed by this establishment. In fact, she ordered a VIRGIN mojito (my friend and I witnessed this) and when cashing out, she was made to pay for a mojito with alcohol, which cost 7chf more than Virgin mojito. The waiter refused to believe her and made her pay 17chf instead of 10chf, this is unacceptable

Very fresh and delicious food here, we ordered fresh spring rolls and Vietnamese noodle salad. One old Vietnamese lady at the shop is so kind and sweet and she offers hot tea:)
