Burgers and fries were completely soaked, fries tasted like cardboard, lahmacun had no meat, avocado dürüm barely had avocado, rivella ordered apple spritzer and the order took 1.5 hours.

Totally fine. O. Dürüm tastes good, rather small/light in comparison.

I ordered something to be delivered from them and after an hour I got a call saying they weren't delivering at all today and the store was closed. But I already paid via Twint. I was promised to pay back. Even after I contacted you again a month later about the payment, I still haven't received anything back. Not worth recommending at all!

Fries well seasoned and fine. Delivery very fast and friendly. Unfortunately, the burger patties weren't homemade - they weren't seasoned enough - and also cheeseburgers, too little cheese. Make your own burger patty. Otherwise 3/5

Cozy terrace with winter garden. Dürüm is highly recommended. Also the kebab plate with fries and salad. Service very friendly and uncomplicated.

I had to call three times after making reservations to make sure the place was open. None of the staff knew anything about it. A few hours before the reservation, I received a message on WhatsApp informing me that the restaurant was closed after all and that they were mistaken. Disappointing communication and seriousness...
