Nice discovery for tastes. The place is dark and the staff is not very welcoming. The prices are still very high, for a very small 10 CHF, it is excessive for the quantity.

Long wait due to broken machine. Drinks way too sweet. Absolutely not worth the price…

I love acai bowls so I'm happy to find them in Lausanne. BUT: -You put pieces of pineapple in a can. It's not complicated to add fresh fruit, especially for the price. -It's not very clear if you add sugar to your acai puree, it seems very sweet to me. -Plastic packaging that could be improved

A great discovery. Friendly welcome, lovely decor and a refreshing recipe. The only huge downside is serving portions in plastic cups, with plastic spoons... at a time when almost all the good ice cream parlors in Lausanne have switched to cardboard/wood or at least recyclable , there aren't really any good excuses not to do it...

The acai bowl was amazing.😻 If I'm in Lausanne again I'll definitely go there again! You definitely have to try it!

It was great, we ordered Sundade and Royal, they were both delicious but we both prefer Royal, mixed flavor of sesame butter and Açaí in Royal was amazing. Will come back and try something else!

I just bought two Bom dia XL açai the person who served me is allowed to take certain garnishes with their hand without any protection and yet there were spoons in each pot. I told her given the current covid situation that I didn't want them if she could exchange them. Not only did the person allow herself to make remarks like “and what do you think they do at the restaurant?”, she was also aggressive in the way she spoke to me! I find this unacceptable!!! Pay attention to the staff you hire, there is a minimum amount of professionalism to be had! But supposedly she had a bad day!

I've been going to Açai Concept for two years, either in Flon or Ouchy. I love açai and it reminds me of when I lived in Brazil. However, my stars go more for the bad service compared to the organization of the company. There is always (especially in summer) something missing. This time I'm showing my acai "saudade", without powdered milk or strawberries... Plus sometimes neither the machine works well and the acai is pureed. The schedules are often another mistery. At this point, we are so disappointed that we won't come back.

Scandalous example of fake healthy: the concept is the following, an acai base, renowned for its virtues, but in the form of a super sweet sorbet (what percentage is there of acai puree? I don't don't think much. - And it would be instructive, I think, to analyze the vitamins and trace elements actually present in this mediocre sorbet. Bland fruit, not qualitative, and above all, not in season. The rest of the ingredients, banal, caloric and mediocre. As another review noted, all served in plastic. I will now boycott this channel after testing it by chance.

This is the original brazilian açai! Extremely good, tasty and for a fair price in Switzerland. Super recommend!!

A little expensive, but excellent!!!

Disappointed and bloated. I had tested the same channel in Portugal and had good memories. Here the tapioca bread was grainy, the salmon not very fresh and neither was the sauce. Few toppings for the price, tasteless sauce apart from the onions, and heaviness, burps and acid reflux for several hours. To top it off, as there are few seats, we took to take away, as a result, a bag, a polystyrene box, and inside, a big pile of aluminum to wrap the poor mini sandwish. Not very eco-friendly....

An amazing place for a tasty treat to yourself! To order it is very easy, tho the menu is in French. It's a very interesting slushie like ice and acai mixture, very fine ice with mostly acai berry. You can choose individually what you want in it or take a pre put-together one. On the left picture is the "rainbow" one from the magazine and on the right picture is a self assembled one. It's a bit pricey 22?ish for 2. But it fills you up!

Composition based on acai, original, fruity and good. Succulent Tapioca Cakes.

The taste and freshness are there, it's perfect but on the other hand two things are shocking here, first the incredibly high price for a very small final product and above all the concept of acai is something rather healthy rather good for health is rather natural so why serve this in plastic cups and spoons at all...

The place has a serious problem or is closed at the time it says it is open and when it is open there is no product. Amateurism and little, better to close the doors. PS: when it's open and has ACAI it's very good.

It's super good but I have the impression that the employees don't have time. No one held the door for me while I was with the stroller and when I said goodbye no one answered me. So to summarize the acai is great it's good but the service isn't so just for that I wouldn't come back.
