1st visit to Chat Noir. Brewery part of Gaut & Millau. Very professional service with good recommendations. Parisian brasserie decoration with photos of actors/artists on the walls. The map is presented to us on a blackboard with a few suggestions. Excellent food, great quality. Nice wine list.

Noisy place. Table too small and very close to its neighbors. Food good but not excellent. Very good wines but very expensive. Green salad at 10chf, don't push it!! And the slices of bread left by customers, reused in other baskets!! In short, we won't be going back. Our servers were very nice. We should also put a vegetarian dish on the menu!

Globalement bon mais sans plus. La carte des vins laisse apparaître des prix excessifs pour les vins suisses alors qu'on trouve quelques jolis crus français à prix correct. Le service est très sympathique et chaleureux.

Nous avons été bien déçus par notre souper. La salade était beaucoup trop vinaigrée. Les noisettes de chevreuil pas assez chaudes et en petite quantité. Accompagnement bien mincolet. Spatzli trop cuits.Le serveur en faisait trop...Bref. Ce resto que nous aimions bien a semble-t-il bien baissé en qualité (pour le prix qui reste élevé !).Dommage.
