AERNI RIEDOGROUP AG in Bern

The color doesn't come close to what I wanted (picture on the left), I won't go to Aerni again and won't recommend it to others. I left over 400 francs on the table and when I was dissatisfied, all I was told was that I could dye it again (at my expense, of course).

I went to Aerni today for a 90 minute facial, it was just fantastic, thank you!

This Fine luxuriöse Shop/Coffee Wellness near the Main Street and Station Bärn is the excellent way to start in your busy day. Very friendly and open minded staff, best place to load your batteries again and fresh up, enjoy the good lovely Vibe.

Wanted to DONATE my >60cm long hair for human hair wigs as a student, they offer that but they wanted me to pay for it! Impudence! Update: Apparently they don't check anything. I didn't want a haircut; I just wanted to cut my hair braids and donate them. looks like they don't even listen to the customer. Double shit!

Unfriendly employee, color of the mèches failed and then used tint without asking, after which the whole scalp burned, no apology and not very customer oriented. Never again for 270 CHF.

Last week I had an appointment with the junior boss who did his job first class. He took plenty of time for me and didn't give me a messy cut with the cathedral eye within 20 minutes, as is usual in other salons. The cut was done exclusively with the scythe and very cleanly. The head massage and the whole ambience were once again outstanding. A big thank you to you Jan! see you next time :)

Unfortunately, I can't give the "junior boss" a good reference. He did a great job so that I wouldn't just complain. (Hair shoulder length) But the cut... The next day I washed my hair...oh god, on the right side it's about 10 cm shorter, at a width of about 5 cm. So there is a right piece of hair missing. Previously hidden by the beautiful “Büschele” the day before. Particularly annoying...I can no longer pull my hair back or put it in a ponytail because the hair falls over my face. Well, mistakes happen everywhere, I think as a rather tolerant person. I wonder how much error there can be at 280.-!! I called AERNI Coiffeur by phone and made an appointment with Mr. Riedo Jr. away. On my day off I went to Bern. But what awaited me still upsets me today. Yes, it is possible that the hair has broken off. It would also be cut this way so that you could wear the parting one way or another, etc...etc. No apology, no mention of goodwill...No, he still had the audacity to squeeze my hand with the words...Goodbye woman...we'll see each other in March. (I had made this appointment during my last visit) I left the salon completely perplexed...Here with Mr. Riedo Jr. I'm definitely canceling the March appointment.

very nice ambience with friendly service

Very bad experience in this salon. I paid more than 300 CHF (cut + color) and my hair turned orange. I went a second time to complain and they offered me a new color but the result was not better wenn I washed my hair at home. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

Not exactly cheap for Bern, but good atmosphere and I actually looked a little prettier afterwards 😊

Competent and very customer-friendly service

Hey guys if you're looking for a great hairdresser and you wanna doing something good for your hair, make an appointment at aerni. Best hairdresser in town! Since i've been there my hair is healthy and strong. My very long hair has never felt so good before. The hair products (especially shu uemura) are also very recommendable. Finally I wish you an awesome hair treatment at aerni hair ;-) .

I am more than satisfied with the service at Aerni. It is one of the more expensive shops in the city of Bern, but in return I get customer service, good advice and top products. I have never been as happy with the color and cut of my natural curls as I was after my visit to Aerni.

I completely agree with Karla Vidal's comment. Unprofessional people work there. You can't dye, the price and performance are disproportionate. I am not satisfied with the result and definitely do not recommend this hair salon!
