It's just an option for Indian's or spicy food lovers because it very pricey high on every thing but then also we have to but no option but few things are not available here ...so please make sure if it's necessary then only buy. It's a medium space Shop and no toilet. You will get frozen paranthas here spice,atta, Maggie, namkeen, chivda and much more. Atleast see then buy.. thank you

looks very clean and organized, but was only there for takeaway. I know a lot of takeaways in district 5 that are so mediocre... This one in district 4 impresses with its good taste and noticeably fresh ingredients. Even the bread tastes good. I can highly recommend it. Pricewise unremarkable, portion as usual, clearly overweight in rice.

Never ever go to this store , they sell expired items , today we bought ashirvaad aata and they had expired aata in their store and using some sticker with new expiry date and paste it on Ashirvaad aata , i removed the sticker to check and it was expired. I will never visit this store again. I asked multiple times as i am facing stomach problem. I will complain this further also.

I always have a very pleasant experience here but today(28th October 2023) was not so good. The man ( tall Sikh man ) at the counter was bit rude and he seemed very irritated. He was trying teach us how to put stuffs in the bag in a very rude manner and that too without we asking his help I believe that not every day is a good day but you need to behave politely with customers. And it came as a shock because we never had such experience here . May be he was having bad day or he was drunk, not sure

This Indian grocery store is very convenient so visit very often, but some of those Indian Man which mostly work at the cashier are very racist and have disrespectful comments. Which shouldn't be allow into a public shop.

I am going there primarily for a good quality rice. There is also lunch menu take away corner within the shop at very reasonable prices starting at CHF 11 for vegerarian option.

The lunch-menus are tasty but I got a rather small portion. If I take "vegetarian" option and there are just two pieces of tofu in my plate... I would love it to be a bit more generous but I also did not say nothing so next time I will... Sorry!

Perfect. If you are looking for exotic products, you have come to the right place. Nice employees, very clean shop. Hottest chilies. Good fish offer on Thursday. Lunch menus at fair prices, across the street. I can highly recommend it.

Neat little shop that stocks most Indian essentials 👌

Absolutely perfect Indian grocery store in Switzerland. They have a lot of Indian vegetables, masala and pulses. But most of it is aligned to North India and lesser to South India. Nonetheless, the most important thing is that everything is fresh (atleast for once we don't need to constantly check expiry dates) and staff are very friendly. They have a small food counter as well which has very good Indian food at very reasonable prices. Prices are atleast 25% lesser than Indian restaurants in Switzerland even some having food that is very bad. Have added some pictures of unique items we found at the store like mixer grinder, cooker, idly maker, etc. Finally, getting to the store is quite easy even if you are coming from any other city. Get down at Zurich HB and take a quick tram and a 5 mins walk. Hope this helps.

Incredible Indian store. You can find anything you want and of great quality. At this time of the year, the Mangos are a must. I already bought 4 full boxes, so sweet and juicy.

Bought curry leaf from Agarwal Zurich. 6 pkts. Chf 3.50 each all of them had lots of rotten leafs and leafs with insects eggs . This should have been in the bin not sold! It took me 2 days to clean and I had to throw half away. Never again will I buy from them.

I have good feedback since I never have seen such big Indian market in EU in my experience of Europe. Only problem is that I ordered samosa chat but the cashier added normal somasa as well, along with samosa chat, which was 2€ extra of my total bill( more than 50€). I checked the receipt after I reached my hotel. Since my stay in Zürich was short did not had chance to revisit this place. Hope team can take care with future customers as this is just for your reference.

We recently moved from Bay Area/California to Zurich so we are spoiled by too many and too big Indian grocery stores in the bay area. But having said that this is the largest Indian grocery store in Zurich area. We always try to pick between this and Art of Food in Oerlikon, both of which we found better than all others in the Zurich area. Aggarwal carries most of the Indian things you’d typically need. But again don’t expect to get specific brands or bio versions of lentils or something (e.g. Art of Food carries Tata Sampann organic selection for some lentils and pulses which Aggarwal doesn’t). Aggarwal does have a better selection of flour and rice than most places and their prices are comparable or better than most of Indian online stores as well. They do have a live food section area, each day they have different selection of fresh food which you can eat. They always carry fresh samosas, pakoras, which are decent enough to try.The staff is very friendly and helpful! If looking for Indian groceries in Zurich, this store has the largest collection overall and can be a one stop shop for all of your Indian grocery needs. It is for us.

A one stop store for all your Indian groceries and fresh sea food. They also have some amazing indian mangos. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would recommend is that they increase the variety of fresh vegetables.

Great store with most of the Indian products you need. There's also a surprising number of East Asian items that seem to be growing in stock! There's even a small section for South American items (hot sauces, nachos). Staff all very friendly.

It has everything your heart desires when it comes to Asian cuisine and Indian cuisine in particular. All the spices you need to mix your own masalas or even very good already mixed masalas. In autumn it's worth going to Aggarwal just to see the Alphonso Magos. In my opinion, still the best mangoes in the world. Every now and then the friendly Sardar ji may give you something to try.

The Aggarwal chain is one of the largest importers of specialty foods India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa, South and Central America and the Dominican Republic. Cheap rice of all kinds, as well as curries and spices for a fine panaeng can be found here.

I like to shop at Aggarwal to bring a “spicy meal” to the table as a “simple hobby cook”. I have been to India on vacation many times and always enjoyed these dishes.
