Worker and factory atmosphere combined with modern cuisine creates a special flair.

The service was very attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed the food and felt completely at home in Bistro K2. Worth a visit again at any time.

The Maag schnitzel tasted very tasty - I can only recommend it. The evening menu is rather small, which isn't a bad thing in itself. The service staff was courteous and very nice. Restaurant directly at Hardbrücke train station.

I saw on Instagram this restaurant and I thought why not let’s try it. Prices are really high, yeah you can mix yourself the schnitzel or Cordon Bleau but when they brought us the cordon bleau after 1 h (was a little bit cold the meat) and it taste like the ones that you buy in Coop yeah it’s not so nice. They did a lot of marketing for the pop up so it’s supposed to be that they’re specialized on that. Well they’re not. I was with other 2 person, all of us took different mix, all of 3 we were not happy. Staff were nice but slowly. But really quick when you have to pay 😉

Went here multiple times and always received amazing food. The veggie schnitzel and Saltimbocca risotto were amazing. The decoration and flavours were out of this world! Greetings to the staff!

We found K2 accidentally by walking around our hotel. Menu has two entree items but so many options. Both our dishes were delicious, well plated and plenty of food. Would definitely go back. Best schnitzel I had in Zurich as well as cordon bleu that my husband had.

Service was very courteous and friendly. Unfortunately we were unlucky that evening and had a long wait for the food. Clearing drinks/plates also took a long time. The concept is very cool and the atmosphere is really nice. You have the opportunity to design your own Cordonbleu / Schnitzel. The food is basically okay. Unfortunately there wasn't enough cheese in the Cordonbleu and that's why it was a bit dry.

Thanks to the K2 team. The evening was lovely with you. The finishing touches are still missing on the food, but that's a good thing for the future.

Uncomplicated However, schnitzel is served on a metal tray on paper.

We were there during the Schnitzel-Cordon Bleu pop-up. Service really on point, not reserved and still lucky. Very uncomplicated. Putting your own Cordon Bleu together like this is a real joy to eat. Food itself was very tasty. A nice evening!

Very good Cordon Bleu. Pig very juicy. Truffle filling subtle and not too dominant. You could add a little more cheese. Overall recommended!

One of the worst evenings in a restaurant, the meat arrives cold, the side dishes are forgotten, the meat is placed on food paper, they say, but by cutting the meat you also cut the paper and so I ended up eating pieces of paper, a very negative, we left everything, at least they didn't forget to cash in, restaurants like this should be closed

warem in the cordonbleu pop up, food was great! We asked if we could have a place to eat outside, but were then told that wouldn't be possible once the restaurant was full, otherwise we wouldn't be guaranteed the place. The restaurant was half empty the entire time we were there :/ what a shame!

Great resti near the Hardbrücke. We were there during the Cordon Bleu Pop Up. There was a top selection of different options from which you could put together the perfect Cordon Bleu yourself. Price-performance is great, the service is top and the employees are very nice. I can highly recommend it.

We had to wait a long time for someone to come (even though there were enough staff, everyone thought the other would be served), I told the waitress that we had waited a long time, but she still didn't make any effort! I wouldn't want to eat there again.

Great service - very courteous staff and very good food; Highly Recommended. We also took note of our special requests regarding seating - and fulfilled them. It wasn't our first time there and we will definitely visit Bistro k2 again. Thank you very much for the great evening.

The service was a bit slow. But Mazze made up for everything! Being served by him was a similarly lasting experience as the show afterwards in the Maag Hall. The food was delicious.

We enjoyed a good and pleasant dinner in this stimulating and special bistro! The decor of the room is great and unique. Above all, we were served wonderfully, humorously and warmly by Mazze! Such a wonderful waiter who radiates so much happiness and good humor! We really liked that. The other employees were also courteous and very friendly! It's a shame, unfortunately it's no longer great! Even if the new premises are really chic, the kitchen team seems to have changed: Where has the airy, crispy, wafer-thin and spicy breaded Wiener Schnitzel gone? Today it's probably more of a flatbread... Also, the house iced tea is missing from the menu :-(

We went to lunch before the Klimt light show. Extremely friendly reception, very nice and professional service. The food was excellent. I'd love to come back another time

Dinner stay was unacceptable. We only had to wait over 30 minutes until we got our drinks after asking about twice! We had to wait a total of over an hour until we finally got the food. Service completely uncoordinated and no guidance. Food was not satisfactory in relation to the price level - burger was dry and fries were limp. Our conclusion: our first and last visit to this restaurant

Before going to the theater we had dinner. Booked with the tickets. This means you can only choose between meat or vegetarian and therefore not ideal. Everything around it is okay, it's an old hall from the working world. If we were to eat a la card next time, it would definitely be even better.

Long waiting time until you can order and also until the food and drinks came. Unfortunately, the MAAG classic wasn't a culinary hit at all! 😏 Although it's a huge schnitzel, the meat is so thin that more breading than meat makes the schnitzel dry. Wouldn't go there anymore.

Who likes liver dumpling soup in a musical dinner? For us it will probably stay with this first visit.

Since we went to the musical after dinner, we had to pay immediately after the main course and unfortunately couldn't enjoy the dessert - my mother was so looking forward to the quark dumplings... They were probably understaffed in the kitchen, but then you can't accept so many reservations for a musical. There were several tables around us who also received their food very late - so we weren't the only ones with the time problem...

Thank you, the service was very good. But the menu of 48 Fr. with liver dumpling soup, Tafelspitz vegetables (broccoli/cauliflower) with hard potatoes was a bit off... I mean the potatoes, because the Tafelspitz was very tender. If I remember it was the same menu as Ewige Liebi... Too bad... I'd rather have a simple pizza.

Had the chance to dine in during the “Schnitzel-Pop Up”. Nice options of Schnitzel and various sides. Waiters were very friendly and the whole setting was pleasing. Defo worth another visit <3

Restaurant not recommended at all. Gordonbleu without cheese, potato salad not edible (had to be returned), sweet potatoe fries burnt and almost cold. And at high menu prices. Price-performance is not right. Staff is overwhelmed and everyone doesn't really know what they are responsible for. Leadership is missing and even the guest notices it. I think the restaurant can only survive because the information email from Maag Hall recommends eating there before an event. It's a shame about the money and the time. There are plenty of other better restaurants.

Unfortunately the service was overwhelmed or arrogant. The beef broth was served quickly, but the liver dumplings were very, very dry and tasted strongly of liver. I think waiting an hour for the main course is too long, especially when the veal schnitzel is old, dead-fried and has the consistency of rubber. It was nice for our table neighbor, who came an hour after us, that his schnitzel was served after just 5 minutes and actually looked fresh (light meat, golden and wavy breading). Unfortunately, the horseradish is missing from Tafelspitz. It's a shame, we won't bother anymore.

The location is great but that's enough to charge such prices... The menus could be larger for such prices! The service was sometimes very arrogant or confused... The location itself is well furnished.

Staff very friendly, no long waiting times. However, the pasta was a little too al dente and the side dishes for the Tafelspitz were very small.

I was in the mood for Schnitzel tonight. The Concierge at the hotel didn't give me a recommendation, but he did find me a restaurant close by that offers both Schweineschnitzel and Kalbschnitzel. I decided on the veal schnitzel. The portion was very large, but also very thin. It was overcooked, so it had no flavour. The gentleman at the door was quite friendly and kind. But my waitress was a little grumpy. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I always enjoyed going to Bistro K2 regularly (actually every day for lunch), but since they changed the concept from daily to weekly menus, the variety is significantly less and I don't go there as regularly as I used to. The food isn't Quite as good as before, but highly recommended. Unfortunately, the crew became poor, no longer as fast and friendly. Getting through what is important for the business people in the immediate area within an hour is proving to be a challenge.

Price-performance is not right, the price is too high for this quality. Not enough staff when the house is full, waiting time of up to 30 minutes to order. Staff tries hard but can't keep up with serving.

The service was very very good. Our waiter was friendly, quick and accommodating. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the Cordon Bleu. There was far too little cheese in it, which made the meat almost dry after a while. There are so many better and much cheaper Cordon Bleus, so I don't think it's really worth going to K2 just for that. It was quite unpleasant that you couldn't close the toilet. The fries were good for that 😊

Was there at lunchtime and was served very friendly. The schnitzel we ordered was on the table quickly and was super fine (not greasy or dry) and, above all, huge. Next time I'll order a bowl - the menu is varied and has something for everyone. And even better: the bistro is also open in the evening.

A very nice restaurant with an industrial design. The selection of dishes at lunchtime is very wide and delicious. In the evenings in September and October there is a large selection of schnitzel and cordon bleus, which you can put together yourself (selection of meat, filling, breading, side dish). Excellent. I can recommend it to everyone - at lunchtime as well as in the evening.

About the schnitzel pop up (evening): After a long wait until we were given the opportunity to order, another long wait followed for the food and when the food came, we would have wished the wait back 😉 Veal schnitzel was probably okay, the so-called. Vegi protein schnitzel is a disgrace! Staff also unfriendly, but probably tried hard. Long story short: A disappointment.

The cuisine and location are great, but in our case the service left a lot to be desired.

We wanted to eat something before the event in the Maag Hall. I felt like I was in a waiting room here. The drinks came eventually and so did the food. A loveless, cold creation on brown paper and the “rotten” friezes in the can didn't brighten my mood either. A fine sandwich would certainly have been the better option if you weren't spoiled as a guest.

Hamburger and sweet potato fries. Schnitzel, French fries, Cola, water Sikkim. I heard that the expensive and cheap schnitzel tastes the same, so I ordered the cheap, regular schnitzel. The male staff was friendly There were no Korean reviews, so I went in after looking at the Google ratings. Although the food was satisfactory, the tone of the German staff left the guest irritated. Even a simple question was not answered and the guest was firmly relegated to his seat. back in K2 after a long time well, we ran out of beef tartare for 2 people only 1 left and that on Wednesday evening at 7.30 p.m Switch to Pida with raw ham and 1 beef tartare Pida was well topped, but was left in the oven for too long and was relatively hard The tartare was so average and unconvincing, I think the restaurant will no longer be on my list
