A mineral bought a can of beer, asked politely for two glasses, only got one glass, when I asked for a second glass, I was abruptly pointed out that the Spiegell had cardboard cups. Pretty unfriendly service this Sunday.

Really good hamburgers, pricy but awesome. Great when departing to your plane and have a good bite before leaving. Service is great, a bit slow but this is not McDonalds, hence good things make you wait. It's a pity there is no dessert to get but there are many other places around to get one. I like each visit I make.

Price/performance is right for airporters. A little tip: There is free tap water after the cash registers on the left.

A unique restaurant. In the summer we enjoyed a drink and a Birchermüesli outside while the planes were parked at Dock B further down. Great restaurant and great ambience.

The food is better in every snack bar. Lunch is good, but evening is the very last thing

Medium disaster at this bar. You don't get served, there are three people standing at the cash register to serve coffee (a maximum of 2 is enough, even with a lot of people). The bar is untidy (open cardboard boxes with cream slices, dirty dishes, empty milk cartons, with coffee and lonely pieces of cake in between) and a mess, no one cleans up or serves the waiting guests on the other side. We left again.

There are great burgers in the HolyCow at the AirRestaurant. Fair price-performance ratio.

CHF 4.90 for a little lukewarm milk for babies is very sporty! The apple pie is still half-frozen.

After a visit to the airport spectator terrace, we decided to warm up in the Air Restaurant and get a little refreshment. From here you can enjoy a great view of the runway and the planes passing by. Unfortunately, the furniture was damaged, which was rather inconvenient and even dangerous, especially at the table with our toddler.

Its a nice area in the airport and if you want to escape the masses of the foodcourt, its an OK option. Food on th other hand, is low quality. One of the worst buffets Ive been. Honestly, much better if you go to Migros, Manor or Coop. Price is also not cheap so if you are a tourist, get ready for a massive ripoff!

Cool restaurant with pleasant prices, especially as employees. Service reacted a bit unpleasantly and I wanted soup and salad. I only got one of both. I got dessert for some unknown reason. The atmosphere at the airport is unique. It can be a bit loud for some people.

Very good place for a nice meal. Breakfast is avaliable from about 11am. Interesting interior, pacious, view over the runway. Like the variety of vegetarian options, plus for meat eaters.

It's tragic when a Tom Ka Gai isn't edible in the airport... I've never eaten anything so horrible - or rather. ditched. (09.09.2023) Sorry, but even in a self-service restaurant (with hefty prices) food should be edible!

Schnitzel and fries was not good today September 18th, 2023. Schnitzel bathed in oil, plus the meat was very small. It's a shame there are no trained chefs at the counter.

We had a drink at the Air Restaurant. The waiter Kevin N served us very well. Kevin N is very friendly and accommodating. A big compliment to Kevin N.

In my opinion, the best place to have a real meal at the airport, with tons of different options for all types of tastes and dietary constraints. The decoration is just fabulous in every single detail. The staff is quite nice and helpful. Next time at the airport, I know where to eat!

Good variety of food. Quick preparation of meals allows for a quick bite or lunch break. Really nice salad choices as well. The terrace outdoors offers a great view of the apron and airport operations.

Beware! Tried to charge for two more coffees (+13chf). Always calculate the sum and check the receipt!!!

Ideal for avoiding the loud hustle and bustle in the shopping area and waiting for your flight in a little more peace and quiet. Large selection, healthy and good. The view strengthens the anticipation of the flight...😍

I love the bar, like 60 years ago in the departure hall or at the Spörrli in transit, so it's like coming home 🏡 😀. Always good for conversations with a variety of guests as well as (time permitting) with the friendly staff 🙏

Was only there briefly for a beer. Which I do often. Just look at the plane and recharge your batteries for the holidays. Always beautiful for me.

Restaurant itself is nice. Wok employees aren't exactly the most motivated. Information on the screen is incorrect. There was a children's menu on it, but somehow it wasn't available and you weren't flexible enough to make one.

Unfortunately pizza is not made by a pizza master. Way too much cheese, little tomato sauce, pizza base tastes like semolina; Hardly any taste, more of a bland cheesecake.

You can enjoy a delicious meal in a unique atmosphere.

As airport employees, we walked for 25 minutes during our break to get something to eat. We had an employee deal. When we were there at 1:35 p.m. we were treated unfriendly by 2 employees (I think pizza makers) who said the offers would be ready at 2 p.m. (offer time 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.). Since we thought we still had almost half an hour, we were treated very unkindly and said that it was a different time for them. There will never be another visit from our site here. It is also not recommended to the other employees. I hope the two employees will be asked about it. The nice lady at the checkout even wanted to help us by talking to the employees about what it should be, but funnily enough it didn't help. Very sad and very funny at the same time..

Best restaurant in the airport.

I come here often, the food is a bit hit or miss, the prices are fair, the staff are always on point, the view is great. Salad buffet and sauces taste like convenience, so you should put a little more effort into it.

Food is simply a frozen product. Price-performance ratio is simply not right, therefore overpriced.

The restaurant is nice, but you have to get the food yourself, the staff was nice but the chefs didn't make the cleanest impression on me and this Tom Kha Kai soup was edible but one of the worst Tom Kha Kai soups I've ever been served. It just didn't taste like a Thai dish at all... It doesn't look like one either, the soup was gray and normally this soup is white.

Chefs can't cook there! Meat dishes in particular are always a challenge. Dry, overcooked, spoiled... rare in the buffet

Once a week I'm here for lunch. Normally I help myself at the salad buffet which is varied and good. Price/performance is at the limit - as an airport employee you get reduction.

The clean, spacious, bright, reasonable restaurant in the inside of Check-in 2 area at the airport. The staffs are fluent in English, the main dishes cost mostly from 18 to 21 chf, which is fine considering that it is in airport. But the schnitzel did not taste so special, I don't recommend it. Rather, their pizzas looked really great...!

It's a relatively large restaurant near the check-in 2 area. It offers good views of the apron. Overall a nice landside place to wait for check-in to open. Clean. Friendly staff. Good background music. Airport prices of course...

The restaurant has a good atmosphere and the employees are also very nice. I'm actually happy most of the time. However, today I was disappointed. The cordon bleu is only as big as the small roll and then charges over 20 Chf. Sorry but please take a decent size. The taste was good.

I visited this place for a coffee but they didn’t have any vegan milk (oat, almond, soya, etc…) which is simply not good enough in 2022. I left without buying anything in the end.

Location itself is great, lots of space, overview and air. Good view of the airport. We arrived at 5:40 p.m., unfortunately it wasn't obvious at that time that it would be closing soon. (The opening times are probably already posted somewhere, but not in such a way that it's noticeable and which restaurant closes at 6 p.m.?) There were three of us, I went to the counter first with my son, ordered something, the chef was very nice. Again, there is no indication that it will be closing soon. But it took a long time for him to get the meat on the grill. At the checkout there was a note: we're closing in 1 minute (it was 5:59 p.m.), but you can finish eating in peace. My comment that my husband might also want something to eat was accepted with a shrug: "We're closed now." Neither food nor drink could be ordered and when I dared to say that I could be informed in advance, I was described as "unfriendly". We then shared the food, although our son had it a little longer since he was only 7 years old. At 6:15 p.m. we were driven out of the restaurant by our son, even though our plates were still half full. Sorry, that doesn't work at all!! When ordering with a child at 5.45 p.m., the information must come that there will be shooting soon (actually, the same goes for everything else, but especially with a child) and the comment that we "can finish eating in peace" was suddenly no longer worth anything. That's not how you treat customers. But I had already paid by then... NO MORE!!! It's a shame about the beautiful location.
