The staff, i.e. two women, are always unfriendly and simply make you wait extra. A colored colleague had to ask the other two colleagues to process the order. I drink coffee there regularly, but the staff is very strange. Will avoid it in the future. A pity..

Very friendly staff nice atmosphere

Was there thursday evening, staffs are polite and friendly giving helpful informations to our questions asked while we waited for our delayed flight . Ordered toffeenut latte, flatwhite and food. Cinnamon roll was so good. Flatwhite was perfect to what I expected. Highly recommended to visit.

I visted Starbucks at Gate B a few days ago. Very friendly staff and they wished me a good day, I was happy with my drink and the Frappuccino tasted amazing. Will visit again! Also loved the Christmas decorations!!!

Tasteless coffee experience. Total waste of money. I had a flat white which tasted like milk and the gingerbread latte was just a sweet syrup taste no lt the slightest hint of coffee.

Service is great , not so busy , if u want to stay longer … seats is limited .

I was there on Saturday and i have no words the service and the food was delicious. It’s different in contrast to the other Starbucks… especially the manager ,ivy I think, was very kind!!!!

The service is first class and quick. You won't find such friendly staff anywhere else. Best Starbucks I've ever been to.

Clean and very friendly run Starbuck branch in Gate B, Zurich Airport 👍 And above all a pleasant place that is not as overcrowded as the rest of the restaurants in the airport 👍☕️🥐👍

We always buy our delicious lattes at Starbucks before we leave and this time dear Laura fulfilled all our wishes, super nice, very friendly, personable and completely professional because I only have sojamillch, she reacted immediately and was happy to prepare everything beautifully. I worked for Starbucks in other country, and I used to love it… but my experiences in Switzerland haven’t been good so far. Went today for 2 drinks and had a bad experience in general… felt quite sorry for the guy on till, he seemed to be uncomfortable because the coworker, italian accent and givenchy tshirt, was working with such a bad face and spreading a huge bad atmosphere. Not working fast, not being kind, and not even with the correct recipe of the drinks… the cherry on top was that when he left the drinks he pushed them with reluctance.

Very clean, well run. Only downside is not much room to sit and enjoy the coffee.

Friendly and helpful staff, good cappuccino but 8 Frs. For a cappuccino it is excessive.

Went for cappuccino and cinnamon roll. Cinnamon roll was warm and pretty good. Cappuccino was just scalding hot. I mean I forgot when I had a scalding hot cappuccino last time. So be careful, coffee is still being burnt

Worst flat white ever! 6.90?! Milk was boiling hot and tasted burnt… thank you very much -.-

Great cold brew oat milk, great service from someone who is from Africa and speaks Spanish, keep it up.

Most pleasant service in a Starbucks ever! Very friendly and nice, despite many customers everyone was very relaxed but efficient. Very enthusiastic:)

Down at the SBB, sorry, ordered whipped cream, he made a fuss, took 90% away and then justified himself, someone shouted at Nieri, 6 employees scramble to their feet, nobody knows how to do it

Opening hours are NOT correct Been sent away by staff SEVERAL TIMES. Supposedly 5.30am opening time... 5:58 still closed. Store support makes itself a coffee without supporting the team so that it can be opened...

I was there at 6.35am wanting a coffee and saw two baristas inside but they didn’t open the doors. Sae four customers leave because they didn’t open as promised… Please change the time table if your employees cannot stick to it…

Terrible customer service, the two girls working there should be ashamed to eve call themselves part of starbucks! We arrived at 9.30pm, 22nd of April (opening times stated until 10), one worker with glasses was yelling from the side of the cashier: "we are closed, i don't know and care what it says online, leave, we are closed!" and another worker behind the counter was yelling too. We asked for their names upon which the worker with glasses charged towards the door and us and said: "do I need to lock the doors? Get out!", and the other one behind the counter yelled that they don't have names. Will forward this to management on different levels - very disrespectful - avoid this starbucks location at all costs!!!

I was there today, they were already at 21:30 closed even though it was saying its until 22:00!! They said “ WE ARE CLOSED, WE ARE CLOSED! we were okay with that and wanted to ask a question if there was any other starbucks open, and she was shouting and saying “ WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOUR QUESTION, I DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU AT ALL” i was like why are you shouting and being unfriendly and this other woman in the counter said “ GET OUT WE ARE CLOSED DONT YOU UNDERSTAND “ I said no need to be UNFRIENDLY and i will make a bad review and she was like “ GO AHEAD AND DO IT”. Worst experience ever!! You shouldn’t come here! Who knows what they might put in your coffee when they’re like this! Disgusting behavior! STARBUCKS SHOULD NOT TOLERATE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR!! Those two girls are should get fired! As you can see in the pictures, they look already aggressive! Coming towards us that way and the woman was still shouting from inside!

Good coffee friendly staff. Not enough chairs and tables though.

I just wasn't served and there was nothing going on - when I walked in the employee saw me and she disappeared into the side reduit. I waited about 3 minutes - she didn't come anymore then I left - what a shame
