Coop Sapori d'Italia Airport The Circle in Kloten

Arrived exactly 2 hours before closing (5pm), was told there was no hot food, and could buy the pizza sitting out, go upstairs and sit at self-serve seating area. 1 star because the salads were decent and the tiramisu was excellent. 4 stars off because the pizza squares were cold, and the pizza crust tasted like sourdough, but NOT in a good way. Basically, it's a gourmet food shop and lunch place. Do NOT go in the early evening expecting hot food, even 2 hour before closing. I suppose they wanted to go home, but I didn't expect Swiss punctuality to work the opposite way and shut down hot food 2+ hours early.

Excellent atmosphere, it feels like being at home, we always come for lunch and we feel at home. What can I say about the MAGNIFICENT girls!!! I thank GIUSI LA SHKURTIME LA ROSI FLAVIA CARMEN ALL!!! I love you!!🔥🔥

Great food, very friendly staff. Huge selection of Italian specialties and gift ideas. You can eat comfortably above the shop and the windows make everything brighter. I'd love to come back :-) Grazie a tutti.

This Coop daughter would like to be Italian. But she is not this. Be sure to pay attention to the expiry date, many products have a very short lifespan.

The staff doesn't seem very helpful. Ambiance at the entrance is good, at the back a bit bland. I'll still be happy to come back for the sensational Plini and fine specialties.

Here I feel like I'm in Italy. The food is very fine and the pasta is freshly prepared. Very good prices. The only thing that is tedious is queuing at the checkout. One time you have to pay in advance and another time after you order. I haven't fully grasped this concept yet. It's a shame it's not there anywhere. Nevertheless, I always like to come back.

Do you want to feel like you're in Italy? Then go to Sapori! The food tastes divine and is prepared exactly like an Italian nonna, with lots of love! In addition to the products on the 1st floor, the shop also offers a second floor above where the piadine, pasta, focacce, etc. can eat directly. I like to go by on Sundays and combine the whole thing with an afternoon strolling around The Circle. I'm a big fan and actively recommend it because humanity NEEDS to know! <3

Very unfriendly staff I just wanted to get crème cornetti at 6.55 a.m. Everything was already ready and the staff told me it wasn't open yet, she was very unfriendly with me People like that don't belong at the front but stand in the harrow and talk to other people that's wrong . It's a shame that I won't be able to get my cornetti in the sapori circle (Zurich airport) in the future. It's a shame that the staff are so unfriendly because they make the sapori name very bad. Dogs are not allowed here. It would have been fine if it had been advertised, and especially if the saleswoman had at least been kind enough to tell us, and not in her high, irritable and arrogant tone. (The saleswoman spoke Italian, had curly black hair and stood at the pizza counter. She was the "eldest" of the staff). We ended up not buying anything, which is only fair considering the quality of the items in the store. For example, this obviously black prosciutto. Sunday October 18th, 2021, 1:30 p.m.

Large selection of Italian specialties, and at lunchtime there is also warm pasta to enjoy on site or as a takeaway. Very fine cafe latte and piadinas.

On the homepage it says open from 7:00 a.m., but we were still standing in front of the closed doors at 8:30 a.m....even though it also said 7:00 a.m.!

Normal shop staff are not very reserved, BUT the shop manager is very unfriendly and doesn't know the simplest rules of the service sector! Extremely unfriendly and condescending to the customer! I had to go back to the store because of an expired product.

I bought a salami on May 17, 2021. At home I noticed that the salami was too moist and therefore had green mold all over the surface. That was annoying enough but it can happen. The main problem, however, was the extremely callous and unfriendly store manager. No greetings, no apology and the tone was completely wrong and inappropriate. How can someone like that become a store manager?

According to the homepage, it should be open until 7 p.m. At 6:30 p.m. it was already too weak!
