Züpfe is very nice but overpriced. Butter croissants were very light and doughy, pretzel croissants tasted like fish. No thanks, there are other bakeries.

I asked the saleswoman to put the braid in the cloth bag I had brought with me. Without comment, she put the braid in a paper bag and slammed it on the counter. When I asked why she didn't accept cloth bags, she said: 'Sometimes that stuff annoys me. I don't have to explain that!' The fact that I was so despondent for my small contribution to a better world makes me sad and angry. Conclusion: let's continue to do everything as we always have and the world 🌍 moves on to the A... Anyone who shares this attitude is well served at Amstutz.

Actually, I would like to give a maximum of two stars. The shop is ancient and in urgent need of renovation. You can only pay with cash and the (absolutely delicious) 600g braid costs almost 11 francs. But: It's nice that there is still a bakery in the village that is open on Sundays and sells fresh baked goods.
