Wow, we usually see a different pediatrician and luckily got an emergency appointment here, which we were very grateful for. We arrived very, very on time! Very loving treatment from reception to completion of the treatment. We felt well looked after. Thank you to the whole team.

Before everyone judges, please read the entire text! There is a reason for the 3 stars! Part 1: The treatment/examination by Dr. The carpenter was exemplary!! Within a very short time, the problem was identified, a diagnosis was made and she was very sensitive to the child. 6 stars would be appropriate for that! Thanks a lot! Part 2: We are actually not customers of the medical center... They are currently our pediatrician's holiday replacement. I can understand everything! Substitutions bring more appointments, more work, and longer waiting times, especially before the weekend! I completely understand that!!! But... with reservations! If I have an appointment at 4 p.m. and am asked to arrive at 3:45 p.m. so that the formalities can be processed quickly, I can understand that and will be there at that time! But if I show up at 3:45 p.m. with a sick child and have an appointment at 4 p.m., but the doctor doesn't show up in the treatment room until 5:15 p.m., WITHOUT a "Sorry, it took a little longer," then I no longer have any understanding ! I have been working in the service sector myself for almost 20 years! But there is a huge difference between letting customers/people/patients wait for 1.5 hours without saying a word, or stopping by and saying, "We're very sorry, it's taking a little longer today." ..I would completely understand!!! But waiting 1.5 hours with no answer... No sorry! Thus: Medical treatment 6/6 Customer friendliness 2/6
