When I visited Andulino, the restaurant was quite dark. The lights were dim so I didn't feel comfortable. Pizza tasted great. The knife that came with it to cut the pizza was quite blunt and because the pizza was so greasy I slipped the knife twice and almost cut myself. Would not recommend this restaurant. Then go to Papazziano on the third floor.

We had lunch there with our kids. I can recommend the nugget with fries and the pizza (halfway). Scaloppine al Limone, were served without a hint of lemon. Maybe it was because the meat wasn't seasoned, but it didn't taste okay anymore either. Our child didn't eat it! Pasta had been in the pot for weeks, al dente is also a foreign term, as is lime (in what appears to be an Italian restaurant!) My rocket salad (from the package, with Parmesan from the package, and 4 counted cherry tomatoes / halved, with Ready sauce,) cost a whole 15 francs :)! The bruschetta was also no match for any price. I advise the head chef to go over the books again. Adjustments are urgently needed in this menu as well as in the kitchen. The service was ok and tried hard. Ambiance too, cool with the play area. When we expressed ourselves, our kids were supposed to get “an” ice cream as a gesture. A mini ball for three kids in the same cup. Which we gratefully left there. All the fun for 130 Fr. Once and unfortunately never again.

Nothing special, food is mediocre at best. But the service was very attentive and friendly.

We celebrated a birthday with 20 people at Andulino. We received great advice when making the reservation. A menu was put together according to our wishes. The food was very good, the portions were large and special requests were taken into account so that all guests were satisfied. The service was also great and very attentive! We would love to come back to Andulino. Thank you.

Last night, on Valentine's Day, I had dinner here with my boyfriend. The atmosphere was very cozy and chic at the same time. The older gentleman who served us was very friendly and accommodating. Generally the staff greeted us with a smile on their faces. We were very satisfied with the food. The Penna All Arrabiata and the pizzas were very tasty and I can only recommend the tiramisu. We were also served quickly and the food came in a short time. So I was very satisfied with the price and performance. We will certainly come back.

We went for a tour of the shopping center and had lunch at Andulino. The place is very large, bright and in a nice location. Too bad about the not very friendly staff. The waitress who served tables yesterday spoke very little German and did not understand the orders. He had to read from the menu a couple of times and he thought about what he had written at least 3 times. Tomato bruschetta was good. Also because it's impossible not to know how to make a bruschetta! Sliced ​​beef: it wasn't bad but it wasn't enough to say "I'll be back". Potatoes without salt. My truffle pizza was edible. The truffle cream was only placed on the edges, so as to give the sensation that it was "full". The cheese (Grana I think) covered the entire surface of the pizza. Unfortunately they left it in the oven too long and it melted. It made the pizza heavy! The mushrooms could have avoided them. As mentioned before, the pizza was edible, the dough was well made, tasty and it was served hot. The problem was the little truffle and too much melted cheese. A tip: more truffle and cheese, don't leave it in the oven too long (it would be better to put it as soon as it is removed). It tastes better if it comes in flakes. Also avoid mushrooms. Not a bad experience, but in any case if we were to go shopping in the shopping center again, we certainly wouldn't go back for lunch there. At most for a bruschetta and a beer. It's a shame because the place is nice.

Worst restaurant experience in my entire life. The waitress practically doesn't understand any German and doesn't know the menu at all. My ravioli were almost certainly frozen raviolis and didn't feel freshly made. One friend of mine had the beer poured out by the waitress while "cleaning" the table and splashed it all over his sweater. The other colleague who ordered a beef fillet was served the wrong meat and twice not served medium rare as ordered. There's more that happened, but I think this gives enough insight into it all. I'm stunned how such a restaurant can even exist, there were four of us and we've all seen enough to never set foot in this place again...

After shopping, the three of us wanted to go out for pizza, so we went to eat here. The pizzas were very tasty. We were very excited about the delivery with the robot. The store is very large and has space for enough people, families and friends. Gladly again

It's a shame, a shopping center that is otherwise doing poorly. The service in this restaurant was very unfriendly. Ate for just under 90.- was ok. The people who run or manage this restaurant should focus on the education of the operators.

My colleague's Agnelotti were very good. Gnochi Caprese were ok. 2 people ordered a beef fillet, one was delivered incorrectly and the other resembled the sole of a shoe. We complained about this, the waitress seemed overwhelmed and didn't understand what the problem was. No apology, just the question of whether you would like something else. Another waitress only charged us the price of the wrong dish (CHF 10 discount). More than poor for a waiting time of 50 minutes. All in all, a disappointing dining experience.

We ate here for the first time today. Friendly service and the food was very good. What we liked best was the play area, a paradise for children. We'll be back soon, thank you!

Take the waiting time into account when ordering something

Very busy with himself...football on the TV was probably more important to the waiter than us...no smiling, that can happen sometimes... My pizza, the dough was soggy🤮 I've been to this restaurant a few times, despite there being fewer guests, we weren't even served...we then left after 20 minutes. It's not possible, at least ask if we want something to drink. I won't be going to this restaurant again.

I ordered a non-alcoholic aperitif. I got a drink with alcohol. I can't tolerate alcohol and felt very bad afterwards. I will never go to this restaurant again.

Tip top, quick service, fine food

Pizza was okay, but definitely not at the Italian restaurant level as the name of the restaurant implies. Service was very... distracted and strange. You can't really talk about "service". And the robot was more of a joke. Was even sent to the wrong table. All in all: I cannot recommend the restaurant based on this visit.

We “only” drank 1 beer in the evening after fitness. At 10 p.m. the waitress walked past us and when we wanted to order we noticed that everything was dark!! She told us we could leave the glasses on the table and she would put them away tomorrow... What else can you say 🤣🤣

Very friendly service. However, we were surprised that our waitress was wearing a baseball jacket. The pizza had too much cheese for my taste. Otherwise the ingredients were good. The interior looks very good and creates a very pleasant atmosphere.

The food was so mediocre, not disgusting, but it wasn't good in the remotest sense. There was limited salad dressing available, the pizza was bland, “peperocini” was only served on the picante pizza after asking in spread form and the spaghetti was cut (???). When you asked why the spaghetti was so short, the waitress went into the kitchen and laughed with the chef. Then they said that's what happens if you cook them too long... Not exactly a good excuse. The service was otherwise so well-friendly and unfortunately often didn't understand what you wanted. Not recommended and we won't be coming back.

We were there recently and had pizza and risotto. It was very nice and the service was very friendly.

We enjoyed super fine food at Andulino. Is really recommended. First we had the anti pasti plate which was simply brilliant. And for the main course, the Pizza Romeo with onions, raw ham and olives. Extra requests are accepted without any ifs and buts. Short and sweet. We'll be back and it was simply brilliant. Thanks.

We had lunch there this afternoon. The service was very unfriendly, the food wasn't that good either (last time it was much better) maybe the same chef isn't there anymore! The pasta had no seasoning on it.

Quality, cleanliness catastrophic

No proper greeting. We waited about 15 minutes until we were greeted by the staff. Had pizza there. Staff extremely overwhelmed. She called the other employees to please serve us (twice) and was simply ignored. While the staff lady served the guests outside and inside, the others sat next door and ate and looked at us guests with a lot of arrogance. The staff ran from outside to the kitchen and back in the store. The staff in the store spoke extremely loudly in Italian and Tamil, extremely unprofessional! The one gentleman who was apparently the boss (extremely snooty) looked at the guests extremely appraisingly. The pizza was a 3 out of 10. The chicken had curry even though I ordered the Hawaiian pizza. Pizza Funghi, the mushrooms were super mushy, definitely as watery as they came from the can. So the food didn't taste like Italian cuisine. I know several Italian restaurants and the food there is completely different. You'd rather go to McDonald's next door instead of this restaurant! (This is said by someone who doesn't like eating at McDonalds, so you have to think twice about eating there!)

I have pre-ordered a pizza. When I went to pick it up after 40 minutes, I was told the boss wasn't in the store. When the boss was back in the shop a few minutes later, he realized that he had forgotten the pizza. He said the pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. Completely overwhelmed staff. We had dinner there on Sunday evening June 5th, 2022 at 7 p.m. We came in at 7 p.m., ordered two waters, one bruscetta to share and two salads. After asking for 30 minutes, they said everything would come. After 40 minutes we said that we would skip the salad and just take the starter because the film starts at 8 p.m. in the cinema next door. At the same time we asked for an immediate invoice. When nothing happened at minute 50, we were exasperated and paid 10 CHF for the drinks and left. The couple at the next table had already been waiting for 70 minutes for prawns from the grill, the table behind us complained that the food was too spicy, the guests rushed to the bar to finally pay, across the street the food was returned twice and the plates were on The tables around us were no longer cleared away. Lowest belt line and not wearable like that. Never again from our side.

Catastrophe. Bad service, unbelievably slow (1 hour for pizzas), servers yelling orders across the restaurant to each other, and mediocre food. When the calzone finally arrived it was raw inside with unmelted cheese. The owner did not even apologize and barely even offered to make a new one. The new owners have sadly turned the restaurant into a disaster.

After asking several times about the starter, we (4 people) were told after 45 minutes that there was no starter and accused us of eating cold pizzas. It was disgusting. There were bugs in the salad. In according to the waiters acting after telling it, it's probably not an uncommon complainment. Moreover there was no intension of to be sorry. I'll never eat there again.

Very good pizza, lots of toppings on it. Not exactly Italian but very good. I'll be back. The highlight is that a robot brings the food to the table. Future? Well, I think it's funny, but I don't hope that one day we'll only be served like that. All in all it was a great evening.

Very nice restaurant, cozy atmosphere, very tasty food. Unfortunately, the two people in service preferred to drink coffee together or sit with friends rather than take care of the rest of the guests. At the beginning no one asked if we wanted something to drink, and during the evening no one came to ask if we still had anything - and that in an almost empty restaurant. At our table of 10 people, one or two of us went home thirsty and had a beer or a glass of wine. Most of the wines on the wine list were not available, which bothered us a little. And the serving robot... we found it rather strange. It fits in a MacDonalds or a fast food joint on the highway, not in a nice Italian restaurant. It's a shame - unfortunately we don't recommend it at the moment.

Ambiance: A serving robot? Seriously? Very unnecessary and even annoying. My chair had tears in the seat cover... everything seemed very cheap. Service: Certificate? We had it ready, but no one was interested. There was also no interest in the guest. This place is different. The reason for why it is different you'll see in a very brief video I will post here. But first let me comment on the food. We've had a delicious spaghetti with olive oil and garlic and a pizza funghi. Whereas the spaghetti was outstanding the pizza was more on the average side. The kids had some pasta with tomato 🍅 sauce and a plate with chicken nuggets and french fries. Both dishes were okay. The service was great. The lady who was assigned to our table was extremely speedy, friendly and checked from time to time if everything was okay. The restaurant has a beautiful interior. I must say it is really beautiful how they have made the deci stuff, especially on the ceiling. Great job guys! Then there was a little robot, not as handsome as Mr. Pepper, but more efficient in delivering dishes and drinks. It is a nice gadget and definitely a memorable moment to see him deliver food to the guests however I prefer the real human beings to serve me. Not because I am against technology, not at all. But the reason why I go to a restaurant is the human touch. I want to connect to people, hear a voice, the gentleman or the lady who serves my table can judge much better what dish I might like or what drink might be right for my type of customer. Probably the robot won't be capable of doing this as good as a human being. And the social part is important to me too. I rather pay a few bucks more for the food and have a person employed rather than paying less and a mother or a father loses his job. Again, it's a nice gadget but only as long as it does not impact anybody's daily job. I definitely recommend this location for an Italian meal.

Quite a good Italian restaurant, with generous seating so that you can sit separately. Food is delicious, meat dishes are too expensive. Very friendly service team who are happy to let their new helper, the Andulino robot, drive through the aisles.

Auf der Suche nach einem guten Restaurant mit Take Away (wegen Corona) stiessen wir auf dieses Restaurant. Die Begrüssung und Bedienung war sehr sympathisch und der Umgang war sehr gut und man fühlte sich willkommen. Das Essen war der Absolute Hammer, mit viel Liebe und vorallem frisch zubereitet. Ist definitiv einen Besuch Wert. Also wer noch nie da war, muss das defintiv noch machen.
