Arômes et Saveurs Carouge in Carouge (GE)

I went to this restaurant today but I was very disappointed by the quality of the service, whether at the waiter level, not smiling and not welcoming. And also by the cook who took him more than 40 minutes for a “simple” salad. I would not come back again and I do not recommend coming even less.

Very nice discovery today, there were just two of us for brunch. It was crowded but the waitress made us feel very welcome, with a smile, found us a table that was for 4 and invited us to sit down without any problem. Wide choice of dishes, large portions, fast service. The quiche was especially good. It would have been great to have a vegan quiche of your choice, perhaps for the future? Looking forward to going back!

Never coming back here again. Cons : - 30 minutes for order to be received. - 90 minutes for food to be brought out. - Unapologetic staff. - A SINGLE pancake was brought out. - The "tartine" portion of the meal is a basket of stale untoasted bread. Pros : - Lovely restaurant with a cute backyard. - The single pancake was tasty.

Wonderful, as usual. I like to complain often, because it's Carouge, and it can be pretentious, expensive, and not great sometimes. And this is precisely the Carouge that you love. Beautiful brunch place. The pancake is well done just one big one. Lil weird to have to go pick up your own maple syrup but all in all I'd go back! Be careful if you wear delicate clothes because they can get caught on the wooden furniture 😢

This was unacceptable!!! We waited 15 minutes just for the waiter to come take our order. But the worst!! We waited 50min STILL NOTHING…arrived at 12:30 p.m. still nothing at 1:30 p.m. Unfortunately, people are working and we had to leave on an empty stomach… I do not recommend this establishment, because the staff ignores you and does not offer you anything while waiting for your dish…. SHORT FOREVER!!!! We are not the only ones who left on an empty stomach…

I discovered this good, pretty and friendly restaurant with a beautiful garden where I had the chance to eat there several times. It’s thanks to this that I privatized the place to organize a surprise birthday. They were PERFECT, the price was reasonable, the food was quality and delicious, the staff were very kind and caring, the warm welcome, and the organization was perfect. We were two. We waited 45 minutes for our dishes, even most of the food was already prepared. Food is normal, nothing extraordinary. First and last time. There are too many places in Geneva with better service and food for the same price.

A nice brunch restaurant in the cute village of Carouge. The food is quality is great, fresh, and the milieu is lovely. The servers are very kind and friendly. Highly recommend the restaurant for brunch and dining with friends and family.

The setting is peaceful and soberly arranged. The dishes are well served. Children are welcome. The service was a little slow during our visit (staff training according to a previous response to another review) Otherwise we had a pleasant time.

Very good, friendly welcome. Brunch at 30 francs, could be 34 - adding cheese, tart, ramekins and a little cold meats. The one at frs 38,- a little expensive.

Family party organized on their well-wooded terrace at the end of August. Everything was perfect, various original salads, salmon fillets in coconut curry sauce with garnishes as well as delicious homemade desserts. Warm welcome and efficient service. I've ordered two plates and one dessert for lunch... Boeuf à la Brésilienne, Poulet a l'Indienne et Crumble Aux Pommes. Simply divine!!! Honest prices and the flavor of fresh home made food are quite tasty.... I highly recommend!!!!
