Chanced upon Asia Food Town when we were freely roaming around Lucerne. Decided to give it a try and it did not disappoint us. We were from Singapore and craving for some Asian food. Ordered 2 plates of fried rice, and 1 side dish - sweet & sour pork ribs. Food was authentic and delicious. Waitress was also friendly and polite throughout. Prices were the average kind and reasonable in Switzerland.

Me and my wife are locals who have walked by the Asia Town for years but never ate here. Today on a whim we decided to finally give this restaurant a try. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the menu is much broader than most other Chinese restaurants we visited in Switzerland over the years. In fact, we even found some dishes that we haven't seen in any local restaurant since our trip to China 20 years ago. The food we eventually ordered was excellent and did not disappoint our expectations. We were a bit early and the only guests, so we could choose to sit out on the balcony with a nice view over the bustling life on the small plaza below. The service was friendly and professional. The final bill was a bit on the expensive side, but frankly, this is just normal and to be expected in Switzerland. In any case, we will be sure to visit again with friends to sample some of those other dishes that we spied.

We were a group of 16 on group tour and have booked this restaurant for dinner by the tour agent back home in Malaysia. When my old mom in law whom was in wheel chair decided to go a bit earlier to the restaurant, they were RUDELY told to gather enough of their group before allow to sit in the table reserved for our group even when it was not busy at all. Me and my wife were at the restaurant at 6.15pm but was RUDELY told to come back at 7pm eventhough the tour guide has changed it to 6.30pm.Another family in our group were also very rudely told off when they enquired which table were reserved for us. All in all, when they did served our 2 tables, they were CURSING in Cantonese when each dish was brought out and just dumped it on our tables. All of us are very tired tourists that just wanted a good dinner but instead were being abused and of all the places, in Switzerland where it pride itself in Food and Service Standard!!! Ruined our dinner as all of us are too angry to eat!!
