A very good experience, we were well served, already one of the only restaurants that serves after 3:30 p.m. in the region, super friendly and super friendly staff, we ate the chalet's pasta very well…. It’s plentiful…. Very generous, the whole price is 26.- for our daughter we took a half portion… charged 12.- WELL DONE, that's a change from the small pizza from which we subtract 1.50 we had a great time, thank you we will come back

The service is really too slow. We had very few customers that evening. But the wait time to receive a simple card was astronomical. Good food nothing more. Some negative points to note such as: 1.Tartare ordered extra mild it arrived spicy and they don't taste it before (yet the B.A-BA of the service). 2. Chemical ice as possible 3. Double cream in tasteless berlingo while we are in gruyere.... Honestly... The setting is nice that stops there. 230 CHF for 4 with gourmet passport (-20%) is too expensive for the quality of the evening

Super well received. With our little two year old man. High chairs available, functional changing table. The staff made sure to give our son a non-boiling plate. The attention touched us. Excellent meal. Especially hunting. The chef's cordon bleu is excellent. Copious portions but we were able to take our leftovers in a doggybag.

Lunch with the family to discover hunting, a specialty of the region, we had a great time, friendly, calm and charming place! I highly recommend.

Arrived at 2:30 p.m., received a very friendly and courteous welcome. We were able to eat à la carte even in the middle of the afternoon 😌 Copious food, well presented and very good 😃 The 2 ladies are very helpful and friendly, the bistro is clean and very nicely decorated!

We had to wait over half an hour to receive our ice cream order. It's true that there were a lot of people but still Damage ! I really miss the old owners.

Very pretty place on the top of Pringy, nice setting and pleasant terrace, nice little menu. The black angels slate was very good. Friendly welcome.

Unfortunately the bread for the aperitif plate was dry but the rest of the vegetable, meat and cheese plate was good. Service could be quicker if the restaurant is half empty. If a glass is empty, you should come up with the idea to ask if there is anything else.

The fondue is excellent! Made of Gruyer and Vacherin. And the lady is helpful. The decoration is authentic! The downside is the drinks menu which only offers wines. You have to think carefully about people who don't like alcohol and pregnant women. And diversified the alcohols not just wines.

The setting is authentic and the view is very pleasant over the Friborg pre-Alps! We are greeted by a very friendly waitress who will be attentive throughout the meal! We ate a steak, rosti and a cheese crust. Note that the raclette cheese slightly surprised my daughter, who was more used to Gruyère! But all the dishes were delicious. Also note the wood fire and the smell that accompanies it as soon as we enter the restaurant which fits perfectly with the decor and the place! In short, a very nice evening and a good meal!

Stumbled upon it by chance and were delighted! La Loue is a warm place in a setting of magnificent mountains. We ate very well and were served with great attention and kindness! We will gladly come back

Beautiful place, warm. I could "hear" the smile of the person I spoke to on the phone for the reservation. We had a great time there. Two downsides however: the service is very very slow (more than an hour for aperitifs and children's dishes) and rather greasy pasta dishes. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves.

Nice place. A hearty meal but the beef was a little too tough and probably too fresh. The boss a little closed in her explanations.

Good time at the rental, too bad there were a little too many people. The hunting dishes are excellent. I was a little more disappointed with my perch fillets, not because it was bad, but I liked it less because it was accompanied by a "Pesto" sauce. But the vegetables are excellent. On the other hand, I will come back with great pleasure just for their crème brûlée, one of the best I have ever eaten 😍 A changing table is available at this property. It offers lots of traditional Swiss dishes.

A typical swiss restaurant with good food, such as rösti, or an authentic mac&cheese (macaronis du chalet). The area is quiet, surrounded by mountains in the beautiful region of Gruyères. I definitely recommend it if you want to try swiss specialties!

A hidden gem in the neighboring village to Gruyere. Kind personnel, tasty food, good portions at a reasonable price in the Swiss context. They also know how to fry meat “vienna style”, - which many restaurants in Romandie are not able to do. Gets full quickly, so a reservation is highly recommended.

Very friendly owner. Unfortunately it was all occupied. I recomend booking in advance.

Arrived at 3:10 p.m. and after showing our Covid pass, we got settled. We asked for the dessert menu and right after we were informed that the kitchen had just closed. Perhaps the times should be posted...

If it weren't for the lovely place... I'm sure none of our large group would come back. Food: lowest level of cans or plastic bags of potatoes. Inflexible or rather arrogant when someone orders a vegetarian (not vegan just vegetarian) plate the person is portrayed as if they had asked something indecent. In general, management exudes a friendliness that would make Putin freeze. I really don't write reviews like this very often, but the response around it made me want to. This is not called hospitality or gastronomy.

Good half and half savored on a weeknight. Fast service, very good wine, discussion with the owner who advises us on hikes and places to visit nearby. The other specialty: rösti (which we didn't try but very popular with other tables) and of course the famous double cream meringue!
