What I unfortunately discovered recently is repeating itself again: all common cigarettes have been unavailable for more than a week. Various other products from the range have also been missing for several days. When I ask the saleswoman: “You still haven't received a delivery of cigarettes?”, she tells me with a friendly smile that she has no idea what it's about. Further questions are answered with “which cigarettes?”, “no, don’t have”, “don’t know”, ah and oh, aha….. But always with a friendly smile... Another tip to all customers: Bring plenty of time if you want to play the lottery, but you are guaranteed a friendly smile...

Extremely friendly and helpful staff - this applies to the ladies in the savings shop as well as the staff at the gas station. Mr Sack...? For example, on Sunday he helped me completely free of charge and in an extremely friendly manner and thus enabled me to continue my important journey by car. Whenever possible, I will fill my gas tank at the AVIA St. Albananlage Basel gas station! Thanks!

The unfriendly Mrs. T. has already been mentioned...unfortunately I can only confirm it. Waiting at the checkout is ok.. but being deliberately ignored and therefore waiting a long time and getting a derogatory/demanding “yeah” like whatever you want (what probably..) on your head is absolutely not possible!! If the lady doesn't feel like working and being friendly as is usual in the service segment, then she should stay at home or look for another job... The stars are definitely not intended for her, but for the otherwise good job that her colleagues from Turkey or Alsace do, from whom she best follows an example.

In this AVIA gas station shop, the dissatisfied stand staff (made in F) are apparently allowed to pass on their unfriendliness to the customer.

Contactless payment not possible rude, unfriendly comments from the staff. Especially in Corona times, contactless payments should be possible without any problems. I notice this when I visit for refreshment.

I've been filling up at this gas station for years and still buy something new. Until now everything has always been OK. But could someone explain to Ms. T. how customer service and politeness work? It is now the third time that she "throws" the goods down after scanning, avoids eye contact, gives the feeling that you are not welcome, no smile, etc. I have been working in customer service for over 25 years and know what I'm talking about. Unfortunately I will avoid this gas station in the future and prefer to go to Socar in Muttenz. They know how to serve customers.

one of the larger gas stations in Basel... but this one has an advantage... if you're looking for the darn AdBlue, you can get it here from the pump (no canisters, no filled plastic bags, etc.) - it's very simple...

Very unfriendly saleswoman (Alsatian). Just because I put the credit card into the machine too quickly to pay, I was rudely reprimanded: "I should wait."

Always friendly, very convinient, sell fresh bread aswell as milk and eggs. Its bassically a tiny supermarket! And this is really helpful because in Switzerland everything closes extremely early everyday, so its so convenient having this near! Gas prices are standard and around the same as every other gas station. And the small cafe makes killer cappuccino. Over all really good!!

Very bad service. Unfriendly saleswomen! Confusing prices at Sandwitches! The cheapest price will be written to Regal! I'll never go there again!
