2 times with uncaring service from Latin American employees. First time not listening to what i want to buying. The second time was to order Schale coffee. But give us coffee cream and blaming the customer for ordering the wrong thing even though the bill said "Coffee Schale". Is this service that is attentive and respectful?

Great bakery with restaurant to enjoy brunch or cafe/cake. Nice personel. Very well attended on Sunday. The brunch buffet is highly recommended, with enough choice of different things, rolls, sausage, cheese and desserts.

Great bakery, we arrived at 11:00 for brunch, without reservation. Not speaking German... super welcoming waitress, she offered to speak to us in Italian, she took the time to explain to us how the brunch option works and that at 1:00 p.m. we have to vacate the table. Lots of choice in the brunch 38chf/p. with 2 drinks, delicious! I recommend without hesitation! Small books available for children and newspapers too. Too bad we live so far away... we will be happy to come back on our next visit to Kloten.

Fine coffee, service behind the counter very friendly, the rest is self-service. Delicious appetizers on display, maybe more next time, so no comment on the food.

I used to often be there for breakfast or just for a quick snack. A great counter with a lot of selection, whether sweet or salty. The staff is always friendly. Only the coffee is not my thing at Fleischli.

It's a shame, before there was service, today you have to take care of it yourself and the prices haven't gotten any cheaper. The warmth is missing.

Unfortunately everything is very overpriced. Everything is completely sugary. Very limited outage. The owner only has money on his mind. The main thing is that the numbers are right at the end of the year, the operator also doesn't value healthy cakes and pies. In Zurich city center coffee is cheaper than here. There are also a lot of strange parkers in the local parking lot.

The ambience in the bakery invites you to linger and relax. It's especially nice to reflect on a rainy or snowy Sunday and enjoy one of the delicious baked goods. Highly recommended is the canapé with tartare, which is always freshly prepared. A culinary delight! The selection is very diverse - there is also enough to offer for vegetarians.

Only a half hour walk during an airport layover. Wonderful food, plenty of room to eat, gift ideas, and a very warm welcome.

It is a nice place with a variety of bread, cookies, cakes, desserts. Also they offer cofee, tea, smothies and other soft drinks. They do not have any vegan food (I guess if you would really look you would find some bread or buns bht that is what they told me), but you can order a cofee with vegan milk :)

The pretzel croissants, Weggli and the various breads on offer are very good. Even if there are a lot of people in the store, the service is quick and friendly

The selection of sweet and salty is varied. Unfortunately, it has happened a few times that the staff gives the wrong order because they are talking. It is possible for the staff to talk to each other, but please avoid such mistakes at all costs!

Parking is a disaster, especially on Sunday. But the food was really good and the service was nice

The name “Fleischli” was once upon a time! Today it's just a rip-off for poor quality with poor service..... And the answers to the recessions here are simply a disgrace!!!!! People avoid this rip-off family.

Completely exaggerated prices, we won't go anymore. Question to the boss at Fleischli: why do I pay CHF 3 per piece for a canapé (companion roll) at the Bertschi bakery, regardless of the type, and at your place at least CHF 5.50 (even more depending on the type). That's almost 100% more!! At Bertschi they are even better and fresher. For us, this is a complete rip-off!

I was in this store recently and I'm sorry to say my experience was not satisfactory. The prices were way too high, almost outrageous. The wait staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed, which affected the service. I also had to pay at the counter, which was unexpected given these high prices. I expected more and am disappointed with my visit.

Good Black Forest chocolate cakes, super fluffy and not too sweet with Swiss chocolate. Coffee was good too. You can have brunch here.

Very large selection and very friendly service

Decent cafe for a sit down with a sandwich or cake and coffee, or a cake to take home. We enjoyed a coffee with oat milk and took three different pieces of cake to enjoy at home, mango, raspberry and lemon. While they were nice, they were very similar. A bit more variation would be nice, but all in all quite a nice pastry shop by Swiss standards.

used to be a great café to have breakfast. Today I was shocked to discover that only self-service is available. no more breakfast options, confusing (you have to ask for everything), unwieldy (trays too small) and simply not a place where you want to sit down comfortably. The service is better in every Migros/Coop restaurant. therefore: never again! The bread itself is great and I really enjoy going to the Fleischli branches, but the reduction in service is terrible and just a shame.

Popular and therefore almost too busy (many guests) old-school café, but with fine offerings.

I don't understand how everyone complains about self-service. These are typically Swiss luxury problems. You might think what a hassle it is 🤣 Good regular customers have their food brought to their place. The bad reviews usually come from people who always complain about every detail and can't be taken seriously. Quality is great, staff is always nice.

Everything has to be brought to the table yourself; new even the coffee. Luxury prices for canteen service. Terrible, and a shame in and of itself because the treats themselves are delicious. There is no saving on staff and the furnishings are also shabby and worn out. At Fleischli they rip off people and invest nothing; Luckily there are still competitors. Poor management, poor staff.

Amazing service and super friendly people. I ordered a cake delivery for my fiance’s birthday while home in Australia, I worried about language/ordering internationally complications, but the staff were extremely helpful, assisted in English and made the surprise delivery possible. My fiance and their family loved the cake, it was delicious. Thank you so much again to the Fleischli team.

They have a great brunch offer, highly recommended. They don't have combo-offers, like a couple of croissants + coffee at a discount. Even though all their products are super tasty, nice and top quality, I'm missing gluten free options. It's open almost every day of the year, very convenient to bring some goodies with you when visiting friends and family.

The bakery and café are open 363 days a day and are well attended. On Sundays also in combination with brunch. Self-service at brunch is completely fine for me, so I can tailor breakfast even more to my taste. Staff is very friendly. I'd love to come back.

Visit September 18, 2022. High prices and not very friendly and hospitable atmosphere. Stressed staff. You stand at the counter and are only greeted after a few minutes. We find it outrageous to ask you to clear the dishes yourself at these prices! If self-service, then self-service prices too! Hopefully the owner will realize that this is not possible in the long term and that the customers will stop coming. This is the only way to learn from the constantly complaining Swiss gastronomy. Quality ok.

I always loved the coffee because of the friendly staff (sometimes a bit stressed). Otherwise nice coffee and shop. True, I haven't been there for a while now. Today the shock. There was no more service at the tables, there was a lot of stress at the back table, there was a loud smacking back and forth. A pity! I'll avoid it in the future and pay a visit to Servant Kaffes.

I went to Sunday brunch years ago and had fond memories of it. I went back last month but it wasn't the same. Above all, the employees were quite stressed. Bircher muesli tastes very good!

Very nice, high quality bakery with huge selection of pastry, cakes, sandwiches, croissant and yogurt. In lunch time they are serving cooked meals, both vegetarian and with meat.

Only self-service, a shame for a café called Fleischli. Prices are still too high. I can also go to Migros. Coffee is even better and the price is lower. But Fleischli can save on staff and the company is great.
