Pretzel croissants & pure spelled bread are great every weekend!!! Exactly our taste!

I don't understand the criticism, no one has ever been unkind to me. Sure, you always want top motivation, but who has that? The soup and tart are very good. Also some other things. I like coming and always find something for lunch. I don't think the entrance situation was successful. People are in each other's way, there's a mess at the checkouts. Maybe there was no other way to solve the renovation.

Small sourdough rye bread Fr 5.40. Very disappointing. Completely dry that same evening. You immediately notice that it is industrial bread with ingredients that are optimized for margins. Pure stomach filler. Not worth the trip.

I got bread rolls several times and met unfriendly staff every time. Today it was still unfriendly. These two saleswomen should be fired, they have no business being in sales. Even the cows make a noise when you come into the stable. This unfriendliness also makes the atmosphere unfriendly. From previous reviews you can see that you are always unfriendly. I'm surprised they're still allowed to work in the store. It's a shame that they are damaging the "Stocker" name by doing this. Competition here we come!!!

Café from a paper cup is simply horrible. I was here four weeks ago and there was still beautiful porcelain. Thank the environment. My last visit to Café Stocker. 😡 And the huge peak is the crowning glory.😡😡😡

Since the renovation and reopening, everything is much brighter and more pleasant.

I came across this bakery/pastry shop while wandering around Zurich! They make really delicious sweet baked goods at really reasonable prices! 😊👍

Staff friendly and helpful and the Florentines were absolutely delicious, best we've had in Zurich so far. Coffee was a little cold.

The staff are so unfriendly that you want to go out again after a minute... if you greet them in a friendly way, they don't even greet you back and on top of that they look at you strangely/angryly, really unsympathetic, you can tell that they don't even do this job I don't like to do that, it's a shame with those faces they made, they disgusted my appetite, there's a Coop a few meters away, but I can recommend it, unfortunately it's a large company.

I've been a Stocker customer since around 2004 at the HB Zurich when the Migros was still very small and the Stocker true believe it in the Migros market after the checkout but I'm not entirely sure anymore :-) BUT the first and last time at the Stocker KREUZPLATZ. It's my feeling whether it's right or wrong & I won't respond anymore after this letter... I had never experienced such an unfriendly and unmotivated saleswoman at Stocker. I wish Stocker KREUZPLATZ all the best and much success.

After 2 minutes in the microwave, my flan was warm but wet and soft like a sponge. Then I'll go to Migros again next time 🤷‍♂️

Actually, Stocker am Kreuzplatz would be the bakery I trust because I live in the area. Whether young or old, whether in the morning, at midday or in the evening, in spring, summer, autumn or winter - the saleswomen are without exception grumpy, grumpy and unfriendly. As a paying customer you feel out of place, a troublemaker and an uninvited guest. I'm excited to see how the “Open on Sundays” experiment, which has been running since January 2019, develops. My prediction: When the new Migros Kreutzplatz opens, Stocker's days at Kreuzplatz will be numbered.

I think all the comments here are nonsensical. I often go to this bakery to buy bread. I was always served very well and usually always with a smile on my face. I don't understand these negative comments?!.

It's a shame you can no longer order coffee at 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays, even though it's open until 5 p.m. on Saturdays. But at some point you just have to finish work and clean the machine. Small things... But really expensive! I ordered a pizza snack! It was nice, but small and this thing cost around eight francs with hard cheese... It didn't have a lot of ham on it... If you go there, don't order the pizza snack because it's hard... It was still delicious overall and had good service!

Very tasty veggies, salads and pastries! However, the dark-haired waitress is quite unfriendly (answered rudely and said that you couldn't warm up the noodles anymore because it made too much mess...). It's a shame because the bakery is really very good!
