Very nice shop with very friendly staff.

I think the products are very good. However, the staff is neither friendly nor attentive, for example. It would be my turn or could answer my questions about a product. Instead, I was allowed to listen to an employee loudly telling his female colleagues a story about dirty underwear. Luckily, there is a large selection of other bakeries in and around Metalli.

A) Homepage: A chaos due to linking (intentional?) with Bachmann Lucerne! Who is confiserie.ch or confiseur.ch? Please clarify and link again or not! B) Is the store in Zug open this Sunday, December 24th? open? I've been looking for half an hour, but there's no information about the upcoming holidays anywhere?! 😕 It's a shame for your sales, because so far I've repeatedly bought great cakes from you and I've always received very friendly and courteous service! 😊 (Contrary to what others have said) - Will you manage to respond to this post tomorrow? Otherwise I'll have to switch to the competition for the 2 cakes I need. Unfortunately...🙁

I regularly buy Paillasse Rustic here; with its 48-hour dough rest, the taste simply cannot be beaten.

It's actually a shame for the good bakery, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I've been there a few times now and have never received friendly service. I was in a few shops in Zug this afternoon and the service was very friendly everywhere, Bachmann probably didn't need it.

For more than 6 years I have been buying my Bachmännli or a Weggli from Bachmann in Zug every morning. Regardless of whether the delivery is late and the store is full of boxes early in the morning, or a customer is making a large purchase and the line is getting longer and longer, I always receive professional and friendly service. The whole team is doing a great job! ☺️

Sad, wanted a hot chocolate today. Unfortunately the saleswoman wasn't friendly and said the machine had already been cleaned. Even though they're still open for over an hour. What's the point, not customer friendly. I can never allow myself to do this, mind you, including sales.

We went to Confiseur Bachmann in Stans and were completely satisfied, the staff were courteous and the macarons were absolutely delicious! Always my pleasure!

Customer is king is definitely written in lowercase here. I always go to Bachmann because they have excellent salads and other dishes. However, I always leave the store angry. I don't go to a bakery to be talked to stupid for mistakes in their own system!! The staff is extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. It's rare to meet a person working who seems really friendly. Especially if you come at peak times, you should be prepared for unfriendly service, which always robs me of my appetite. I would definitely recommend it if people were in a better mood.

Great bakery with some good options for dessert. I tried an apricot custard pastry which was great. However, the prices here maybe a bit high, although the prices in Switzerland tend to be that way. Also, the options are not that many, but they do have good options. The caffée latte here is ok. It's not amazing, but it does the job.

Very well positioned & friendly staff. You immediately feel very comfortable there. I always like to come and get myself a delicious treat :)

Ordered sth online for my daughter birthday, got the confirmation but on the day of the pick up it was not ready, we had to buy sth else, very stressful and disappointing situation.

A restaurant directly on Lake Zug. Large garden seating area. The food is varied and very good. The innkeepers are very friendly. The guest is really still king here.

We have very good croissants, my children like them. That's why I go, even if I'm gluten intolerant. I think there is little to no choice for me. But not bad. I'm used to that. Most of the time it still doesn't taste particularly good without gluten.

Products are fine, prices are higher than in the Lucerne branches (?!). Staff more or less friendly - depending on who is serving.

Very friendly stuff! We walked in there and saw the pricing and have been shocked, but you get a huge waffle with a lot of ice cream even for just one cup! Ic cream tasted amazing and we had a quick chat with the woman there. Would really recommend that place for ice cream togo!

Very large selection of high quality pastries. Possibility of ordering birthday cakes or for other occasions. There are many themes to choose from. We order our birthday cakes from Bachmann every year.

The employees at Metalli are always very friendly and polite. The products are, as always, very tasty and fresh. The paninis are perfect as always. I also like the new idea with the Pimpwich hammeeer! Keep it up Bachmann.!

Always great service and a large selection

Walked in at 6:59, customers still in shop, 2 employees behind counter. Walked up to counter to get a cookie, girl behind counter, standing in front of cookies, said that they were closed. A very bad way to run a business. Suggest rethinking how to capture sales from customers.

I had the worst service today. One employee was very unfriendly and extremely rude.

The “Mettali” location is one of the gourmet oases thanks to the excellent leadership of Tanja Amberg The staff takes over what Ms. Amberg shows you and also how she deals with the customers. I like to get a sandwich here when checking out portals nearby. The staff is always extremely friendly, but if you're coming very early in the morning, make sure that the sandwich they give you is really fresh. Also, the bread they bake is awesome.
