Very good offer with fresh products. Very child-friendly and super nice service. The only downside is that the cafe is relatively small and is self-service.

The pastry is great - but the person that served us seemed like she really hated customers. When asking for their selection of the, she rolled her eyes. When putting the pastry on plates it was dropped/thrown. Think she should find something else to do...

Unfriendly service. I wanted to have a birthday cake made for my son. When I walked in the sales lady acted like they didn't do birthday cakes. Then it came with a folder with a pretty limited selection. They said they can't put a print on the cake and they only have 3 flavors (not even chocolate or vanilla). I wasn't even asked when I needed the cake and for how many people (standard questions for me). I have not ordered the cake from this bakery and I will not buy anything from this bakery in the future. Then I'd rather go to Zumbach or somewhere else. This bakery can continue to live from its regular customers. Let's see for how long.

Good coffee, unfortunately it doesn't have children's chairs, so it's not suitable for us as a family with children…

We wanted to drink and eat in this Bossard bakery. Checked for a sticker where dogs are not allowed. There was none! Walked in and got told off from a young girl working there. It’s winter and didn’t want to sit outside. So people, watch out, this place is not a dog friendly place! Actually a zero star rating, as we didn’t get a chance to buy anything there.

Black Forest cake is absolutely inedible. The waitress doesn't want to know anything about it. Expensive, especially to buy everything in the store.

Menu tip: 1 piece of cheese onion cake and a tuna salad. World class.

A very friendly sit down or take out café with excellent bread and pastry. Well trained staff performing without a hitch.

To be honest, I'm not a fan of the Zug cherry cake at all, but these are simply heavenly... I never in my life thought I'd say that 😊 The restaurant is puristic but beautifully decorated, the service is super cool, the... Central location and great selection! Always my pleasure!
