Every now and then I go and get croissants on Sunday mornings. Unfortunately, the availability of the croissants is often limited. If enough croissants were baked, we could definitely sell more...

Service is getting worse and worse, 3 people can walk around in service and you still have to wait 10 minutes until you are served. Is only shared between each other (service). The ambience hasn't been right for a long time... A pity

Quality good, service rather negative and unfriendly. Didn't count the croissants correctly but paid anyway! Next time I should pre-order for 20 croissants. It's a shame there's no more flexibility!

Yesterday I was enjoying my delicious cappuccino on the terrace when a man came with a wheelchair. We were very impressed when an employee went to help him. It's nice to see that you have such helpful employees, but unfortunately this is no longer the case these days! Great compliments to the employee who went to help him!

Top quality, delicious salad creations with lentils

Really small and cute bakery with a good variety of food. Not a lot of indoor seating so we took everything to go and ate at a bench right outside. Everything was delicious. Employees spoke German and English but like French and Italian as well.

1 star for hygiene (maximum). Gloves are used to clean the display case and the same gloves are used to handle the food when serving. We pointed this out to the saleswoman, but she didn't understand it. That's absolutely not possible.

In summer a perfect place for a lazy Sunday breakfast on their terrace. If you're lucky you can get just ready baked croissants. Personnel always accommodating

Great service, but unfortunately they didn't tell me that the Camembert sandwich was spread with fig paste. I don't eat figs. Otherwise I would have given five stars. I will definitely go there again.

Try something different, Birchermüesli, no worries all the backery is excellent as well. Plus friendly service on an early morning.

Very great selection and always friendly staff. The only negative point is the parking situation, here it would be appropriate for the 2 parking spaces to be marked on the ground so that even the last visitor notices that 2 cars can be parked here!!

Very friendly staff and delicious products! BUT: “Due to Corona, we are happy to serve you at the counter.” Understandable in the current situation! Employees and customers must be protected. This worked very well in large and airy rooms. But it's rather tight in the Horw branch! What happens? Customers line up at the counter, wait for their coffee and walk back to their table. Crossing with a “healthy” minimum distance? Not possible! And the tables are usually directly facing the queue of people or the customers crossing. Here too: NO “healthy” minimum distance. I didn't feel well and couldn't enjoy my delicious breakfast! SUGGESTION: I would equip the employees with masks and let them circulate.

The takeaway was delicious! It did not look like the most cosy place to stay, but that was probably because it was quite crowded.

Way too expensive! Most expensive vermicelles ever, a whopping Fr. 5.20! That's definitely way too much for such a small vermicelle in a plastic container.

Very cool little bakery. Breakfast offerings are great! Everything was delicious and the selection of bread was very large. It's also not that loud in there, very pleasant The only drawback: I don't think all the employees have a lot of fun working there and if you notice that as a customer, that's not a good thing. However, others really seem like they enjoy working there :)

Of course everything is delicious, fresh...??? Sure......God it's expensive!!!!! And tight!!!!! Breakfast is good.....AND EXPENSIVE!!!!!! I don't really feel well. All of these chains probably have the following in common: You earn a lot of money So it has to be tight So it must be really expensive Looking for a location for a new branch😅 It's a great location and also has a terrace. Hug quality, from A like offer to Z like newspaper. The employees have internalized training and education without seeming robotic. If you could ignore the prices, everything would be really great.

I always buy my bread here and salads are great for the home office day.

Very bad bakery in Horw! Every time you want to buy whole grain croissants or rolls in the morning, they are either out of stock or are from the day before and not fresh! Some of the staff are also very unfriendly and have no idea about sales. After more than 3 months of bad service, I and other people will avoid the Hug bakery in Horw. I don't recommend this bakery and a 0 star rating would be best!

Was there for a soup, Thai with chicken; Very well seasoned, with a good spiciness, it doesn't look like much in the soup bowl at first, but the portion was just right and ultimately not that small (the dishes were just too big). I can't report anything else yet. Service was attentive and friendly.

The bakery is A1 has a large selection. It has professional service.

Excellent breakfast, pasta + cappuccino. There is also an Italian waitress :-) Very kind, by the way.
